This company offers friendly, fast service, local service with a large variety of home and business protection services. If you need assistance with their products, you will be connected with a real person, not a machine at all hours of the day. The sales representatives who make the initial security assessment and the technicians that install the equipment are very professional and efficient. Employees of this company have a track record of remaining with the company for 10 years or more, so you will be getting knowledgable support. The company is also locally based in Northern California so you won’t be getting a response from someone thousands of miles away when your alarm activates.
Service to products and labor charges can be expensive (“$50/trip; $120/ hour not including parts”). Repair technicians do not offers the same quality of customer service as the initial sales reps and installation technicians. The company may not be motivated to help you fix your existing equipment because they don’t get commission for broken equipment. Instead, they will try to sell you additional overpriced equipment that you could find elsewhere for a fraction of the price. All Guard Systems has acquired smaller alarm companies in the past years and may refuse to service their products. Changing companies or discontinuing service can be difficult. No loyalty incentive programs for long time customers.
