  • Packages: Alliance Security offers many different options so you can have the security system that works best for you and your situation. They offer seven different packages. With any package you purchase, there is a firefighter smoke monitoring device that comes with it. There is a “special alert” sensor in every package (with no increase in your monitoring rate). You will have a licensed technician come to install your alarm system at a specific time that meets your needs. They will arrive within just one hour of your scheduled installation window (if they are just one minute late, you will receive a free month of monitoring).
  • Connectivity: The mobile access is extremely convenient. There is a reliable and fast wireless connection. You can keep control of your home by simply checking your mobile device. You can receive practical notifications by text or email if something triggers sensors.
  • Installation: There is no DIY installation option through Alliance security and installation costs increase for those who want more advanced home automation packages. This will increase the overall upfront costs for customers.
  • Packages: Alliance Security works to provide different services for various family situations. They have tailored security packages for the following:
    • Suburban families – optional paid upgraded
    • Senior citizens – two-way communication in emergency situation
    • Single parents – immediate alerts and free mobile app
    • “Techies” – advanced technology can be added
  • Our Recommendation: Even with a number of packages to choose from, there are still installation and transparency issues customers should be concerned about. For those reasons, we recommend looking into Protect America and Frontpoint.

    Online Software/website does not perform as stated by the company rep or the onsite tech. When asked about the services paid for and actual services received we ' the customer received the run around and never got answers from no one. Customer service blames the onsite tech and vs versa. Services are horrible. Security provides peace of mind only if it works. They greatly exaggerate the services offered and misrepresent their actual product. I will be canceling the service and filing legal action.Read More

    They came to us with a "free equipment" deal since we are on a corner lot on two busy streets. We thought it sounded like a good deal, so we signed up for their service without them ever once mentioning that if we cancelled due to dissatisfaction or for life changes that we'd be required to BUY OUT the rest of our 'contract' which we didn't even know we HAD. The doorbell camera stopped recording after two weeks and several calls were made that were dumped to voicemail and not a single call was returned. We still kept the service at that point because it didn't seem worth it to try to get in touch to cancel. I finally called this week to cancel due to a divorce - first attempt was a 40 minute hold time without getting to anyone, the second I held for 15 and the rep said we'd have to pay in - but suggested I just ditch the financial responsibility on my soon-to-be-ex husband since it was in his name?!?!?!     This is the worst security system I ever had in my life.The customer service is impossiable to get a hold of and the person that you need to talk to cancel service won’t let you because you have a three year contract with them telling you you have to pay two thousand dollars to get out of it. They never finished installing my equipment and still has not finish and charged me way to much for my service that I don’t have.

    Alliance security is by far the best security and home automation company hands down. There customer service is amazing as well as the equipment and technical support. Amazing sales men and women as well. I would recommend alliance security to all my friends and family or anybody that would like to know there home is safe while your sleeping or away.

    This company sold my elderly mother who has dementia a security system that she does not need. Because she signed a 3 yr contract, they will not allow me to cancel – even though I am in possession of a Power of Attorney on behalf of my mother. My mother cannot afford this security system and they will not allow her to discontinue the service. No compassion whatsoever. They got lied to by a dementia patient basically – but they are offering zero help to correct this. So if you have elderly people in your family who live alone – BEWARE of companies like this who take advantage of them!

    I did there cert2 in security It was a great course both the teacher were great but Lloyd W. was so funny you’ll have a fun time learning with him

    This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a company! It took 2 installers over 1 week to get the alarm functioning properly and to stop the false alarms. We were offered 2 months free when they were trying to get our business. It was never included in our contract and no one knew anything about it. So much for recorded lines. We also were promised a promotional echo dot and “smart bulb”. 6 wks later and still have not received. I have called MULTIPLE times and spoke with customer service. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYWHERE. Experience has been poor all around and we are stuck for 5 years.

    I receive 2-5 calls everyday from this company. They are spoofing local cell numbers so that I am more apt to answer the call. I hang up immediately. I call back to the number showing on my caller ID and it belongs to an individual who has no knowledge that the call is taking place. I also received a call from someone asking if I had just called them about an alarm system. So, today I stayed on the phone through the recording to get to a person. I asked the salesperson for the full name of the company and where they were located – he said New Mexico. I told him they were spoofing cell numbers of unsuspecting people to try to get call recipients to take the calls. He said he had no knowledge of that because he was just a salesperson. I asked him for the number to call him back directly. He asked me to get a pen and paper and I told him I was ready. He then hung up on me. I am going to report this to the FCC, CFPB and any other agency with initials that seems appropriate.

    THIS COMPANY KEEPS CALLING MY CELL PHONE & SOLICITING ME AFTER I REQUESTED NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES TO STOP.
    IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW MANY NUMBERS I BLOCK, THEY KEEP CALLING FROM OTHER NUMBERS.
    FINALLY I TRY CONTACTING THE MAIN OFFICE, BEING ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES, IT ALSO HUNG UP.

    I HAD TO CONTACT THE DISPATCHERS TO REMOVE MY NUMBER – LET SEE IF THIS WORKS…..

    I received a robo call from this company from a bogus local phone number. I played along so I could find out what company was doing this to me. The advertisement robo person’s voice is one that is used for various advertisements that continuously call my phone number that is registered on the Do Not Call List. This is extremely frustrating. I will specifically NEVER use anyone who contacts me this way. Plus, I will file complaints as well. Any and all companies that chose this route of advertising will never have my business.

    I have been called by this company multiple times and each time (in an effort to not be bothered by these telemarketers) I tell them that I am not the homeowner (even though I am) and they promptly hang out–no thank you, no goodbye, just on to the next call. For a company with whom you will need to rely on good communication over the phone, this is a very bad look on them. Stay away. Just get AT&T or Simplisafe.

    Previous we had a sales representative from alliance security to visit our home to solicit the alarms security system. At that time we were not able to purchase the system. With that being said the sales representative Barkari S had stayed it, if we was to give him referrals that we will receive a referral fee no matter if we had security system service with them or not. We gave numerous relatives and family members referrals to the sales representative. When it came time for our referral fee distribution. We were told it will be given to us on a certain day and then days turn into weeks. It’s all a scam, fraudulent. Consumer buyers be aware !!!

    we had an alarm system installed with Alliance in june. the guy installed the system and left, he never showed us how to use it or how to get the cameras to work and when you call them they just give you the run around. We wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

    My system has not worked since its installation in October 2016. I have been calling both

    I was to pay $39.99 mth. for 36 mths. The price kept going up I noticed on our monthly statements. I looked at our contract to make sure we didn’t miss something stating the price will go up. Nothing! It stated going up a little here a little there. I guess they thought we won’t notice. Now it’s $48.25. We got the system in july 2014. This is july 2017. It’s been 36 months now. I’m cancelling!

    Alliance Security is an amazing company hands down!! All of these reviews I have read sound like the people wrote them on their worst day. The company and its reps are beyond professional. Look at the reviews of vivint, ADT, or any other security system company you’re going to see that the good reviews with Alliance outweigh the bad by a landslide. Just go to Trustpilot.com. They have a 9.7/10 rating with over 2,100 reviews. Don’t let these bad reviews on this website steer you away from the #1 security system company in the US.

    They call repeatedly. Several times in the last hour just today alone, and when I asked them to remove my name from their list, they said “no, if we can find your address then the thieves can too and we want you to be safe.” I hung up and they called back.

    The have the ethics of a leech. Or a politician – take your pick. I would never do business with them under any circumstances.

    1st of all, I did sign a 3rd year contract which I shouldn’t have. At that time, that’s what they were offering, but way way to long of a contract. I did that because they told me face to face they would never increase my monthly rate, which is way to high as I found out. Please read the very small print that says they can raise your monthly fees by 5% anytime they want to, which they did. I will never, never, never use this security company ever again. I hate it. Thank God my contract ends this year. There customer service dept. sucks. I should have stayed with ADT.

    Had problems from the beginning with the system over and over then when our contract was over they said we had to send in a letter and when we did they told me it wasn’t my signature and then I had to take a picture of the letter and email it to them then they said they couldn’t print it out and had to send anouther one. They keep dragging it out just so they can keep what customers they have and continue to bill them. We even stopped payment and they still continued to Bill us. I would not recommend this company for anyone.

    These people flagrantly violate the federal Do Not Call list, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act & the Telemarketing Sales Rules. A pending lawsuit is in litigation in the State of New Jersey regarding the above being violated, & in the court filing, NJ cites the failure of Alliance to abide by the terms agreed upon from the FTC case in 2014. Are you a victim? Do yourself a favor & use the court system, the TCPA gives you that right. Hire a consumer lawyer familiar with TCPA violations, or do it yourself in Small Claims court. Keep a log of all illegal auto-dialed calls from them. BTW, they are using software from Omega Services/calleridmanagement.com to auto-dial sales calls, that’s why your Caller ID has different #’s for the calls. Multiple individual lawsuits have been filed regarding the continued TCPA violations, plus several Class Action lawsuits are in the process of being filed. You can join one of those in lieu of an individual lawsuit. I have heard from a few sources that the FTC is considering another round of litigation, as the din of consumer complaints has got their attention. Be sure to add your voice, go to the FTC website, or the DNC list one, and submit your complaint. I sincerely hope the FTC & DOJ makes them pay the full judgement levied from the 2014 case, they only had to pay a percentage of the judgement in exchange for agreeing to abide by the terms set forth in the court case. They obviously are in violation, and should pay up.

    This company is unprofessional and very rude peoples that work there. I can not get a straight answer from know one there I cancel within the three days and they try to fix buy given me a month credit and come out to finish installation. The installer did not come out on time or have equipment to even put up cameras. He was hour and forty five minutes late. I was promise it would be install the first day. All these promise and no luck with system. I was told that I still have the three days to still cancel because of the installation that was never complete and now they will not call me back or tell me where to send the equipment back to. I was told that it would be a $149.00 cancellation and then I was told it was $249.00 cancellation and then I would have to talk with the sales peoples that sold me the system which I thought was Alliance Security System. Now they are telling me it was someone else that sold it to me. The first installer from Orlando and not Tampa because they have no one in Tampa to install the system. The first installer was fire from what I understand and the company. I would suggest “DON’T FAR FOR THIS SECURITY SYSTEM” As of today still no new on how, why, or who! This was to be install on February 21, 2017 I did pay them $68.00 dollars and the monitoring company call to see how I like the system and I explain it has never been fully install and they trying to give me credit on another month and still as of today March 27, 2017 not fully install and I have already cancel with no luck of anything or call back.

    My 90 year old mother signed a contract with these people and didn’t let any of her children know until after the install. The monthly fee is $59.99 per month which is completely outrageous. There are no service people or representatives in the area. If there is a problem you have to call a number that is automated. There is no getting out of the contract. The contract is totally written in their favor.

    I entered a contract for services in January and since initial installation four appts were scheduled to install additional cameras. After setting my day aside for 9am to 1pm appt blocks no technician showed up, showed up later than the appt block, or showed up and left saying he couldn’t do the job. It’s mid March and the equipment still hasn’t been installed. I have asked several times to be released from my contract so that I could separate myself from this company and use a new company who could actually install the desired equipment and serve my family’s needs; but Alliance refuses to do so, demanding a $700 payment of contact balance to do so. They do not care about their customers, lock you in a contract, and wont let you out even though they give you horrible service AND rude customer service. This is a nightmare. Alliance operates like scammer loan sharks.

    Lol this company is a joke. My husband worked for them 40-60 hours a week, used his own personal vehicle for customer service calls driving all over 2 states and for 2 months they only paid him $200 a week, they refused to give him his pay stubs and they owe my husband thousands of dollars and his truck damaged from all the miles he had to drive..meanwhile all the big bosses there be driving around in multiple $100,000+ cars.. They are the cheapest, stingiest employers I’ve ever encountered and they way overcharge their services to their customers and fuck them over too, my husband has whitnessed first hand. Do not ever work for or get anything from this business. They are being sued for fucking so many of their employees over and owing hundreds of thousands of dollars to former employees.

    seems they did our contract in a sneaky way. taking advantage to seniors like us who can overlook some fine prints on contracts. 60 months of contract for a security system is a rip off. we don’t need to suffer this monthly payments we feel we don’t have a need for or that we can’t benefit of, since we are home now most of the time, plus there is a charge for a dispatch. we are hard up financially right now with our small pensions and stuck with paying something we don’t need. be careful with alliance security

    This place sucks the whole way around.. just got it been off since Friday an no one has been out here yet to fix it. its a run around. the fire button didn’t even work on it I tried just to see what it would do and its like this thing is here for show to be real my mom walked in this past Wednesday and it didn’t go off while the door was locked….     Horrible customer service. If you want to sign up for their service your calls will be answered automatically but if you have a problem be prepared for a 10 minute wait and then they may not even answer and you will have to leave a message. Also they will promise you anything to get you to sign the contract but once you have signed the contract don’t expect any assistance or help.

    A man by the name of Blake Farmer, Marketing Manager showed up at my door and wanted to install an “upgraded” key pad for my ADT system at no cost to me. His card identifies him with Alliance Security, Honeywell and Boupha Bros LLC. Wanted to come in so he could fill out some paperwork for ADT…I said no. Asked him for a card so I could contact him at a later date. Called ADT and was told he is not an ADT employee and they would never send anyone out without notifying me first. After reading the other comments, I’m so happy I went with my gut instinct!

    This is one of the worse security companies that I”ve ever had. When the alarm goes off no one ever responds. I get the same answer whenever I call to try to find out why, “I’ll have someone correct the problem.” It’s been almost 2 years, no one has corrected the problem.

    This is a fraudulent company, I’ve been with the same alarm company (ATP) for the past 7 years, one day the same Representative that I had for several years came to my business and told me I had to change my equipment for a better one and I accepted because i trusted him and i had been working with him for long time, but he never told me that he was changing me to another company and made me a contract with Security Alliance (Monitronics) for 5 years (which is illegal in the state of Florida), he also wrote my account information on the contract and they were discounting the money from the account without my authorization while i was paying my current alarm company by checks so yes i was paying 2 alarms at the same time for the same service, i didn’t noticed it because when i saw the charged on my account i thought it was the confirmation of the check i sent, one day a rep. from ATP came to my business and they say that my contract was about to expire and they check the equipment and noticed that the equipment was for a different company (monitronics) and after some investigation they told me that the representative was not longer working with them and he was working with monitronics and stealing their customers information and making double signing contracts, my company changed the equipment and said dont worry we have a legal case against this representative and also monitronics, so i contacted Alliance security and i explained them the situation and i told them to cancel my contract because it was made base on fraud and i told them that i dont have a service with them, in that moment they were very rude and told me that they cant do anything because i have a contract with them, after a lot of phone calls and emails i called my bank and asked them to stop paying Monitronics and i told them for the last time to cancel my contract because i dont have a service with them, they keep calling me and saying that they are going to send me to collection and i told them to go ahead and do it because after that i can do something legal about this, but this is the WORST company ever they keep calling me and i told them to add me to the not to call list and they dont understand, more than 3 calls per day, don’t ever go with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Received a cold call from Alliance Security. I hit the number to speak with a live person. Started talking to a man and as he is going through his sales pitch, I ask several questions regarding how they got my telephone number, why are the calling and what area are they servicing. After answering my questions he goes back to his spiel. Ask me if I have a security system etc. I refuse to answer the question, since I don’t want to tell a stranger if I do or do not have a security system. Then he questions if I want to protect my family etc. I finally said that can’t afford the price and to take me off there calling list. There was silence on the other end of the phone and then I hear him say this guy I am talking to a F-n tool. I said to him well that is really professional thing to say. Then he goes oh oh oh well. I then say again real professional, he said he was sorry and then hung up the phone.

    Real Professional Company NOT – well at least on the marketing / sales side of the house.
