  • Bundling Options: Cox customers can either bundle with an existing Cox subscription, or customize to meet your specific home security needs. In terms of protection, Cox Homelife offers a number of devices, including 24/7 monitoring, flood and carbon monoxide monitoring, smoke and heat detection, and both a battery and cellular network backup.
  • Technology: Users can access their Cox home security system through the interactive touchscreen, online, or through Cox Homelife’s mobile app. There, they can gain access to live and recorded video monitoring, receive text or email alerts, and even control security and energy features in their home, such as lights, small appliances, doors, and the thermostat.
  • Restrictions: Cox Homelife’s terms and conditions list a number of requirements customers must meet before they can sign up for a home security system. Most notably among these requirements is that Cox Homelife is only available to individuals with a current or new Cox phone, video, or internet subscription.
  • Fees: Cox Homelife customers are required to purchase their touchscreen (not included in the starter kit). The Cox touchscreen comes with an additional $3.00 monthly fee. In addition to the touchscreen fee, customers may be required to pay up to $99.00 upfront before their security system can be installed. Access to recorded video monitoring requires an additional monthly fee.
  • Common Complaints: Customers have reported several service complaints against Cox Homelife. These complaints include unhelpful customer service representatives, and extended periods before Cox will respond to questions or issues. Some customers have reported issues with the required touchscreen device, and failure on the part of Cox to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
  • Our Recommendation: Since there are restrictions and numerous customer complaints regarding the Cox Homelife service, we recommend going with a reputable company like Protect America and Frontpoint.

Cox Homelife is the worst company I have every dealt with in my entire life. I have spent over 20 hours talking to I don't even know how many customer service reps. Each customer service rep says that the previous rep entered things wrong and then they end up making it worse. They installed an alarm system that never worked since day one. The came out 4 times and even the supervisor put in the notes system not able to work in home due to thick walls. Then they not only still charge me for the alarm and equipment but also for over $1k in cameras that never even left their truck! I haven't done a review on anything in many many years but this company is absolutely insane. I would not have my worst enemy deal with them (or maybe I would). Now it shows my service for internet and phone is being disconnected due to non payment because I won't pay almost $2k for services plus they want me to pay cancellation fees for services I DO NOT HAVE!! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE COX HOMELIFE!Read More

Cox Homelife is a disaster from top to bottom. Glitches with the app, glitches with the hardware at the door, glitches with the firmware, and updates that require the owner to disconnect their door and reset and reassemble. Hard to do with you are in another country or travelling. But the worst of all is the customer service by the supervisors. I have been fighting for two months to get the refund that I am entitled to since their contract states that if the issue is not resolved after 4 visits then a full refund will be granted. Two months of calling and receiving a run around. Then yesterday I discovered that a supervisor by the name of Johnathan disconnected my Cox Homelife without telling me meaning that my home now is not covered for smoke, fire or burglar alarms. How can they call themselves a home security service and do such a thing? What if I didn't notice and something happened at my home while I was away? So I called and demanded an explanation only to be told that Johnathan would be "reaching out" to me immediately with an explanation for his actions as well as where we presently stand in our contract. I have received no phone call. DO NOT BELIEVE THE COX COMMERCIALS. Their coverage will not provide you with that ease of security that the commercial promises. The shocking thing is that this isn't new with Cox. As I read through the negative reviews they are endless with the same stories being repeated year after year after year. Save your money and get a security system elsewhere.Read More

Cox homelife is a complete scam. The sales reps will come and tell you to E-sign and not to worry about the 24 month contract. You can cancel at any time with no penalties. Hurry up and sign. Then your stuck for 2yeats with penalties if you try to cancel. Just google the review and see for yourself. Somebody needs a class action suit!!!!

I replaced ADT with Cox Homelife. I had it for just under 2 weeks before everything stopped working. They could not send out a repair person for several days. I asked to be transfered to cusotmer service that deals with cancelation. I tried to cacell because it was horrible service and equipment. i was on hold for 30 minutes before speaking to someone. They said there is no time limit on cancelation and I had to pay the $700 to cancell.

    STAY AWAY from homelife

Cox homelife portal website stinks! It’s slow and the playback video skips and/or takes forever to load. The website portal renders their security/monitoring service absolutely useless. They used to have the classic view edition of the homelife portal that worked fine but leave it to cox to screw everything up. My advise to Cox is: Bring back the classic view or fix the current portal.

we have the homelife full security system paid over $2000 for equipment and install , when it works it fine but the cameras hardly ever come up when you need them. i was told if i upgraded my bandwidth for another $55 per month would work properly, wrong answer. Have had them to the house they reduced the frame rate and downgraded the resolution on the cameras and they still suck . Until they fix this problem i would not buy this system again. The service people are nice and try to help but they have poor equipment or they are selling something that doesn’t deliver what they promise . i have other systems in other houses i own so i have good comparisons and know what I’m talking about .

Sales rep will tell you what ever they need to to get the sale. You will end up with a sky high bill and the customer service department don’t even know the proper portal call to help assist you. They don’t tell you that they charge for mounting cameras that is not included in the installment original amount. Customer service also have no idea of theorniwn extensions. The service is good but you will get raped out of your money. So please don’t be naive and listen to what the sale reps or installers tell you before signing. Please read and make sure you record your documention and be sure to record every rep you speak with because each rep tell you something different and you will end up with alot of hidden fees.

The reps who came out to install were always nice but it took several months to get the equipment to set up right. The touchscreen monitor never worked well and it caused the alarm to go off a few times. When we called to complain- they said they were aware but did not have new version yet. We bought a new home and had to cancel services but they are charging an early termination fee- $1,000 dollars. We paid half and called several times to try and waive the fee but the original service representative who is understanding passes it off to the supervisor that never calls back. We’ve called 7+ times and between being on hold and promised a call back- not one “supervisor” has called us. They sent the bill straight to collections.

DO NOT get there service unless you want malfunctioning equipment and customer service that doesn’t exist. Any other company would be better!

Already have COX, so, it was pretty much seamless for us. Rep was very helpful, Rafael McClain, and gave us a great impression of the company. We have been with COX for 23 years and are pleased with service, though price increases have been a bit substantial over the years.

As soon as they get you signed up, they are a typical Cox company. The fees, equipment costs, and service costs are outrageous. $245 early termination fee after I sold the house. Over $1200 for the equipment. Salesperson failed to mention that the customer has to go buy a permit to have the cops show up if the alarm trips. Otherwise, the alarm goes off, but nobody shows up because they DON’T HAVE PERMISSION! Do yourself a favor and LOOK AROUND!!!!

Horrible! is the word I can use on here. I have had nothing but trouble with my Cox home life system 2 techs have been to my home to check it, they all say something different about the system.
COX HOME LIFE refuses to let me out of a 2 year contract unless I pay a $670 fee, while only having the system for a month! they say its a 3 day cancellation Period! who does that!

there is a early Termination of 6 months but they say I don’t qualify for that. I have missed 2 days of work waiting for Techs to come, its unreal!!! I have decided to Shut the system off, put it all back in my closet and pay the monthly Fee for the system that has nothing but problems. that is how I am dealing with COX HOME LIFE!!! I do not recommend it at all, and there customer service people are just as bad. Rude!!

Cox Representative wasn’t truthful to me upon signing up.
The sensors for the windows and doors are stick on and are poor quality.
When calling Cox Homelife with an error on my bill the Retention Specialist laughed at me when I informed him of my concern.
They only gave me 2 sensors for my 12 windows and doors and charged me $300 just for the additional 10 sensors that just stick on. They are charging me $800+ to cancel. But it’s worth it not to work with a company like Cox Homelife / Cox Communications.

I have never posted a single complaint on social media but I can only hope to deter other people from wasting their time and money on home security from Cox Homelife. They installed their system into our home in December 2016 (3 months ago) with the promise that if we had issues that could not be resolved and the system did not function properly, that they offer a money back guarantee on installation and home monitoring fees. As a Cox customer for the past 15 years, I am utterly shocked that we “do not qualify” to get our $700 reimbursed for the installation of the system they installed which DOES NOT WORK and after all we have gone through in the short time it has been installed. One of our main concerns was the camera monitoring that they feature on all of their TV advertisements to keep an eye on your small children. We installed them on our first level of our home in hopes to check in on our 1 and 3 year old children when they are left with a nanny. Our cameras only work about 20% of the time AND our alarm randomly goes off in the middle of the night by sensors loosing connectivity. I’m told the root of the issue is that our baby monitors are interfering with the alarms signals. We have been woken at night (2am, 4am, etc) with the alarm blaring, waking our young children and being terrified that someone has broken into the house. We have also had visits from the police department who plan to fine us $200 the next time a false alarm occurs. We have had service from Cox 3 times since it was installed 3 months ago, I have spent hours on the phone with them and all Cox can tell me is to discontinue using my baby monitors and they want to keep sending technicians to my home. I am currently expecting our third baby in a few months and baby monitors are not going anywhere in my home. We are now too scared to arm the system at night in fear of it waking our entire house with another false alarm… but we are still being billed the $47.99 per month and they have no plans to credit us for anything. Do not trust this company and they do not stand behind the so-called guarantee they advertise.

Dishonest in their sales tactics, unable to reach anyone on the phone when you need help, product serves no purpose and a huge penalty for cancelling the contract, as in I was quoted $800 today for terminating with 12 months remaining. Today I have come to really dislike COX.

The thermostat hasn’t worked correctly from the day it was installled. We have had 3 separate service visits. The first 2 service visits revealed the thermostat was hooked up incorrectly. When we put the AC on it turned on the heater. The next problem was that the thermostat would go back to 85 F by default. I would come home to a hot house.

Horrible service, slow internet and $715 to break contract!
My digital touchscreen was slow and would spin in circles not allowing me set the alarm. This was really frustrating when in a hurry to leave the house. There also seemed to be a lot of add on options that cost more and more. The phone app seemed to not function properly. I called and was told I could break my contract for $350.00. We boxed it up and returned the equipment only to be billed $715 cancelation fee due on February 15th. There has to be a better service out there then Cox Homelife.

Cox Homelife is a fraud. Plain and simple. The advertised services either are not available or if they are, they do not operate as promised. As is typical, all broken promises are discovered upon installation and after the long term contract is executed.

    Lies:

    Surveillance cameras:
Cox will not take over existing camera systems. Any industry standard, compliant (zigbee) system will be refused. Cox has a single contracted vendor. My cameras were disconnected by Cox installers when the junked my perfectly good Honeywell panel with their Honeywell panel. It was after the fact these hacks discovered the DVR that was staring them in the face for 3 1/2 days was not their contractor.

    Thermostats:
This time its the zones: I have an 8 zone Honeywell system. These monkeys bypassed this for a single thermostat. 3,600 sq ft, three levels, 15 rooms, all on one thermostat; great efficiency Cox! I actually measured the use. Set the Homelife thermostat at 66 degrees. By the time it trips the furnace has been pumping 104 degree heat for 37 minutes and my bedroom thermostat (now bypassed) is reading 81 degrees.

    Lights:
    Just forget it.

    Syncing system:
Synchronization between proprietary display and mobile devices and PC is poor. It does however operate enough that Cox can say it does work. You would literally have to develop a spreadsheet to log all the failures in synchronization. The end result is the alarm and thermostats are totally unreliable as a remotely operated, IP based system.

    Cox support:
Installer knowledge and customer support is ignorant of how the system is designed, what its limitations are and the functionality of the various applications. My system was a run of the mill, totally bread and butter takeover of an existing system. There is nothing proprietary about any of my household systems. The alarm is a robust Honeywell system that is easily transferred from any monitoring company to any new firm. Cox spent 3 1/2 days of labor to takeover the system. In the end I determined with senior management the Homelife system is not designed to be compatible with keyboards of any type. Too bad Cox never informed their installer crews of this fact. I have 34 sensors and contact locations. They jacked my index of contact locations up so bad the keyboards are completely useless. We live in an area of both poor cell reception and poor 2.4 ghz wireless reception (thats wireless anywhere outside of a small radius within your home). Basically the only way to reliably set this alarm system is to walk up to the one proprietary Homelife display. I have a three level, 3,600 sq ft home with 6 alarm key panels. This robust, convenient setup is now bypassed for a dysfunctional single location.

    Senior management:
My situation was escalated to senior case management based on the $743 that was deducted from our account. We never could get access to the Cox website because of a billing screw up on their end that had our new account subordinated to a 15 year old account with an acient email address. Because they couldn’t fix that problem we had no ability to know of a pending and absolutely erroneous install charge. When contact was made with senior management all charges were reversed and funds returned to our bank account. The issue here is that senior management knows of the vast limitations of the Homelife system. Why are they selling this crap?

I wish I never changed to cox homelife. The key pad is huge, super ugly, double the size of my old one and not as user friendly. The stickers labeling the buttons fell off the first month and I never even pushed them once. The tablet that you get, isn’t even a tablet. You can’t move it. It’s only good for a clock. I do not recommend the system for anyone.

“Buyer Beware” Installation was done very poorly/ unprofessionally, wires drilled through the walls, no caulking or sealing, cameras plugged into all of our outlets , wires left in a rats nest throughout the house, plastic and equipment boxes left strewn throughout the house. Untold to us the cameras only allow 50 videos per day and fill up within a couple of hours due to the fact they are triggered by actual insects/bugs. The service was also not working on our iPhones ” due to a glitch with compatibility they were working on” . The cameras prior to filling up also had a 5-15 second delay. We spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service , cancelled within 24 hours and were told we had to pay for the equipment originally billed at $1277 and then bumped to over $1500. We disputed and they finally agreed to remove and take back the equipment. They removed everything , left all the damage to our home and now are sending cancellation notices of our standard service for non payment of the home security system we returned and cancelled. Spent another hour on the phone today and still not resolved. I run a high end real estate business, my wife is a doctor and we are both appalled at this debacle. This is the short version of our experience.

I’m not even one to take the time to write reviews but I had to on this one. Cox is a rip off, I’ve had cox for over 2 years and the security system about a year. After canceling the cable because they kept raising my bill I had to keep the internet and security system. My touch pad broke and these people say I have to pay 400.00 plus 70 to have a tech to come replace it. The cost to cancel the service is that much? Why the hell would I pay that? The reps did nothing to work with me, wouldn’t even offer to spread the bill out. As soon as my contract is over I’m done with cox.

Home Security has come along way .. a long in the sense of service made available to common folk … before, in the past this, i had to deal with telephone, internet, cox, and home security separate – totally 400 plus monthly. In 4 to 5 separate bills to pay… granted, i am going way back .. Bu Now, here today, i have my cable, landline, internet and home security in one bill… just need cox to get into the cell phone, property management and public utilities business… providing a home “all in one” package … til then i am happy with adding Cox Homelife … and i am sure i am likely not gonna be calling COX, needing assistance like alot folk – ‘100% user error ‘ “technical difficulties” type – who wanna give low rating reviews. COX Homelife is a great service.. like their cable, internet as well as, landline is … worth every penny … 10 out of 10 5 stars out of 5 stars… good job Cox

I invested in a Cox Homelife System. I purchased cameras, door locks and thermostat controls. I thought I had a warranty but was told today that I do not and for $100 service charge the tech will come check my system I then have it covered under warranty. My door lock has issues. I had a tech come out last week and he said he thought it was a server issue and he would call me within 24 hours with a resolution. He didn’t call, so I called him. He said he was with a customer and would call me back in an hour. That never happened. So, today I called to schedule another service call. I was told at the end of the call that there could be a service charge and that would be at the tech discretion. WHAT?? I should know before they come out if I am going to have to pay. I paid A LOT for the equipment. It is maybe a year old. I pay A LOT for my service each month. I have invested in a system with Cox and now I wonder why. They do not stand behind their products. I was told if the lock needs to be replaced, I have to purchase another one for $200. This is assinine! What was there benefit to purchasing the system from Cox?? I should not have to pay for products that I have already purchased. Where is the customer service? Take pride in your products…stand behind them. Now I have a lock that is not in working order and a panel that keeps beeping because of the error and cannot have a tech look at it because there may or may not be a charge for the tech to walk in my house. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I invested in a system to keep my family safe and now that I have paid for it in full they will not stand behind it. I would not recommend this product.

I purchased this product through Cox considering it an asset for a single lady living alone and had Cox for my Internet and TV. Soon after it was installed, my electric went off and did not connect it with this equipment until I realized out of 40+ apartments, I am the only one with power failure! I contacted our emergency number and by the Grace of God, a maintenance personnel was on duty. He came to check it out – I had already checked my breaker switches and nothing off and even turned the electric ones off and back on to ensure this was not a problem. He contacted his Supervisor and they determined my electric meter on the exterior of the building had been turned off. He was able to replace fuse or whatever and I had power soon. I tried to reason with Cox about a refund and had no assistance here. End result, I replaced Cox for my TV and Internet and returned ALL of their equipment. I have tried to reach this company as Cox told me I had to cancel with Homelife company. I wrote a letter to Cox Corporate office and not sure what, if anything, they will do for me. I am out $175.52 + Cox told me it would cost me over $500.00 to cancel because I signed a contract – what about their product being faulty??? After reading others’ reviews, it is very clear all Cox cares about is selling!!!

Worst experience ever. Cox will tell you anything to make a buck. Be prepared to have your bill go up while locked into the 3 year contract. Once they lock you in there’s nothing you can do. Beware of the money back guarantee they offer…it won’t happen. Don’t waste your money on the cameras. The motion sensors go off every 3 minutes. The cameras record for 15 seconds and then won’t record again for 3 minutes. Who’s bright idea was this? They have a professional burglar design these things? Once the cameras record (50)15 second clips it won’t record again for 24 hours. The cameras are basically useless. The solution is to rent a DVD from cox for 14.00 more a month. No thanks.
Go with someone else for your security needs. This company is border line criminal.

After watching my bundle hit $270+, partially because I kept getting additional data bills – I found out that my additional data bills were because of my Security system sending video etc. to the central security monitoring center, apparently I hit some limit and incurred charges – apparently this is not included in the cost. Because of this high tv/internet/phone bundle cost, and Cox offered me a whole $10 off per month… I looked at Fios, picked up the $64.99 package that gave me all the same TV and Internet etc. ($93 with box etc.) and moved my service. Although Security was s separate package – Cox gave me no choice- they auto-cancelled my contract sent me a huge bill for breaking the contract, equipment etc. (although I bought the equipment, there was still a charge). (Not to mention they tried to charge me for a rented router they removed because it was out of date). Going with Cox security was the worst mistake I made. Appalling customer orientation, sadly the Cox people at their store were very nice, and totally embarrassed when I explained what happened and dumped my equipment. Even then – the best alternate deal they were allowed to offer me was $180/month + security, even though a new-user package was $80/month. Through all of this I received $5/month discount for “bundling security.” Worst experience with any media/security service I have ever had.

I started Cox Homelife service 18 months ago. The indoor cameras at that time were analog rather than digital and almost worthless for recognizing subjects using these cameras. They do not handle back lighting at all and the clarity of videos was also worthless to identify intruders.

Cox recently switched to digital “HD” and I was told by a saleswoman over the phone that these cameras could “zoom in” using your cell phone or computer. She also said Cox offered a service to record video 24/7 for 30 consecutive days. WRONG! What Cox actually provides is dvr which must sit right next to the Cox router and will only record for 10 days.

What Cox does not tell you is that their “HD” cameras are the old fashioned 720 psi rather than the higher resolution 1080 that everybody else uses. These cameras do not have a zoom lens but you can expand your screen on your phone or computer screen to achieve the zoom effect. The only problem is that picture resolution quickly degrades when you use this technique. These grossly overpriced digital cameras are only slightly better than the analogue cameras they are replacing.

Cox also represented to me that they have many more “responders” (than ADT) to check homes when alarms are activated. 6 months ago our alarm was activated when we were out of town and Cox simply called the police department which will never respond to a burglar alarm unless somebody reports and verifies that they actually can see an unauthorized individual in the house. COX representatives that reside in this city know the police department’s response policy. They never sent anyone to my residence but merely emailed me that the police would not respond unless a Cox responder or resident could verify that an intruder was in the house.

Do not sign for Cox’s “bundle” program. What a ripoff. In fact, do not use Cox for home security if you are serious about getting an adequate system.

Signed up for COX and the promotions never were applied and instead of $140 package they tried to charge me $300 per month, Finally got COX to cancel then 2 months later Home life is trying to charge me a $800 early termination fee and will not look back at my account to see what the issues were. STAY AWAY FROM HOME LIFE its a scam…

I had Cox homelife security for a while. Last year I wanted to cancel, they told me i would pay more than $400 to cancel the contract. They said I still had until this year June. I called few days ago, they told me that I still have to pay more than $400 because I singed up for 3 year contract. It seems to me no mater what year you cancel, they still charge you the $400.
Their bills keep changing all the time. I have now cancelled all services from cox handle and left with internet. I will cancel internet soon too.
Cox are thieves. They tried to make me change my mind to stay with cox Homelife by offering a few things. I refused. The last attempt wan now the $400 and they said if I keep I will not have to pay immediately. The problem is that, if i keep, next year i want to cancel they will come up with another added year. SO I decided to cancel and i am waiting for them to cancel my internet due to not be able to pay. I am still looking for my first contract i printed to argue with them. Keep your bills from them in a file so that you can use it later. They need someone to sue them for millions in order for them to learn a lesson.

Have had Homelife for almost 2 years. Will not renew contract. The devices are cheap plastic, break very easily, batteries run down fast. Customer service is not helpful at all. I tried to have the technician walk ME THROUGH CHANGING BATTERY ON THERMOSTAT. He had no clue how to open the battery compartment – I ended up breaking the cheap plastic. When I told him he laughed. There are much better, less expensive systems. Don’t get Homelife from Cox.

One gripe I have with Cox Homelife are the relevancy of the rule’s sounds that come with the system. Only a few, such as “Front Door is Open” and similar for back door and door is Closed events. The rest are useless noises that only a child could love. How about allowing users to create their own recorded sounds????

The sales representative really got me into buying this service. All the other promotions and promises were half way fulfilled and I had to buy all the equipment. Then after receiving my first month bill it was crazy. spent about $700 for the first month. Then I tried to cancel and they wanted to charge me almost $1000 dollars so they really got me good. And all these extra charges for extra items that i was suppose to receive were no where to be found including the $250 Visa Gift card that I was supposed to receive. The service is average. Nothin special. I should have gone with Protect America. Cox also does this thing where they upgrade or work on their system but they dont notify you there fore making it it impossible to activate home security through your cellphone while your gone. You can only activate the alarm using the keypad. So if your not home and they are working on the system. You better hope you no one rob your house. So take this into consideration. Another thing is they want to charge me $75 for adding my own sensor. they should have added it before but they told me that i can only use their sensor which i found out totally false. A guy told me that I could add my own sensor so I called them and they said yes but now they have to charge $75 to resend their technician to my house. Really fisshyyy…

By far the worst service ever. Had Homelife installed, but tech damaged our HVAC control panel and apparently found their system was not compatible with our unit after several attempts by their techs. We decided to cancel the service since that was the main feature we wanted. Then starts the runaround process, it’s been 2 months dealing with their customer service reps and still not cancelled as they continue to charge me for the Homelife service that is not working! Stay away from this company, we will try to cancel the rest of our internet service once the term is up as well.

System has a serious issue in touch screen with the volume of the door or widow open notifications. Has a variety of sounds available, but at maximum volume, can NOT be heard 10 feet from screen. Should be audible in other parts of a home.

I recently called customer service with issues installing a new modem. I talked to two different representatives, and they were both great! They were very clear and helpful, and my problems were solved. I thought I’d leave a review because customer service reps (and Cox) often get a bad rap when people have problems.

We have been a cox customer for 17 years, and a customer of their Cox Home life security system since June 2015,We couldn’t be happier. Tech support for the home life has been very helpful, when I need it, which has been very few. We bought additional equipment, but that was my choice and I’m paying for it. We sleep better and when we are at work I now that our home is being monitored, and the use of the portal and rule settings makes it real easy for me to configure the way I want our home monitored.

I called in to the 800 number to get the security system. I talked with the rep for about an hour. We had the 39.99 bundle with extra door/window sensors and an extra camera. I only agreed to the extra camera costing me 198.00 because I was told that I would 24/7 monitoring with continuous 10 day recording.this rep did not tell me I had to pay 3.00 a month rental fee for the touchscreen Installation was done on the 14th. I set everything up threw the portal on the 15th I received an email stating I had 50 recordings/pictures and needed to delete because there was no more room for more recordings. I did that 15 mins later I received the email again this went on every 15 mins after deleting. The camera was recording bugs, leaves anything that the motion sensor picked up. I went to the service center in my city for them to tell me yeah that’s what it is suppose to do and if I wanted the continued 10 day recording it would be an additional 15.99. I explained that is not what I was told and I would not have purchased the extra camera if I was told this. I was told to call the 800 number for the home life and they could help me. I did. The rep on the phone told me I needed to go back to the service center and they would be able to help me because that is where I purchased it form. I asked for some one higher. Got someone explained that I feel I should either get the service I was told I would have or return the extra camera. I put threw to billing. Robert in billing took notes and put this issue threw to a supervisor. I am now waiting to hear from someone he said they would get back with me with in 24 hours. I will let yall know how this turns out. All I’m asking is for what I was told I would get (continued 10 day recording) or to return the extra camera that is use less. What am suppose to show the police if something was to happen? A 15 second clip of a leaf or a bug that flew in front of the camera?
