The mobile access is extremely convenient. There is a reliable and fast wireless connection. You can keep control of your home by simply checking your mobile device. You can receive practical notifications by text or email if something triggers sensors.

Even with a number of packages to choose from, there are still installation and transparency issues customers should be concerned about. Additionally, the large marjority of negative reviews raise some red flags. For those reasons, we recommend looking into other companies like Protect America and Frontpoint.


About Alliance Security

Alliance Security offers many different options so you can have the security system that works best for you and your situation. They offer seven different packages. With any package you purchase, there is a firefighter smoke monitoring device that comes with it. There is a “special alert” sensor in every package (with no increase in your monitoring rate). You will have a licensed technician come to install your alarm system at a specific time that meets your needs. They will arrive within just one hour of your scheduled installation window (if they are just one minute late, you will receive a free month of monitoring).

Alliance Security works to provide different services for various family situations. They have tailored security packages for the following:

Suburban families – optional paid upgraded
Senior citizens – two-way communication in emergency situation
Single parents – immediate alerts and free mobile app
“Techies” – advanced technology can be added

Their equipment integrates with Amazon Echo, Lux, Nest, Ring, and Yeal Real Living.

    Not happy at all been lied to charged more was suppose to give moth free and didn’t so I will be contacting a lawyer about getting away from this company not good don’t do it. Comes off sweet good deal then you get screwed!

    My mother at the age of 89 decided to have this system installed without my knowledge after one of her friends had passed due to a fall. They just happened to come by at the right time when she was afraid for her well-being. They did the install but did not install equipment on all exterior doors and told her they would have to return to complete the install. This never happened and she never saw them or heard from them again except for their $49.99 monthly charge from her account. The charge is for equipment that has yet to be installed!!!! I have contacted them both by phone and email and they have charged her twice since that time. They have some ridiculous 6 year contract and I was told that due to her age they could have offered her a shorter contract. Go figure! Taking advantage of the elderly is not attractive at all!

    I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BUYOUT MY ADT CONTRACT ALSO WHEN THEY INSTALLED MY SYSTEM THE TECH MESSED UP MY AC THERMOSTATE HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN 90 DEGREE HEAT THEY SAID TO CALL MY AC PERSON AND THEY WOULD PAY FOR REPAIR THAT WAS ON 6/24 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COLLECT THAT MONEY EVER SINCE 4 AND A HALF MONTHS TODAY I CALLED THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE GOT MY ACCOUNT # THEN TOLD ME TO HOLD FOR A MOMENT THEN WENT TO VOICE MAIL AND NOW THEY WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS HAVE BEEN ON HOLD THIS TIME FOR 15 MIN.     They try to make you pay at time if installation for the first month by asking you to have a check ready to give to installer! Then they want to draft from your account there after. Do not do it! Stop the conversation and do not continue. They will kick you out of the phone call and when you redial the phone number they called you from is not in service any longer. BE VERY CAREFUL! They are being sued. Yes ALLIANCE SECURITY! Do not trust them..

    Online Software/website does not perform as stated by the company rep or the onsite tech. When asked about the services paid for and actual services received we ‘ the customer received the run around and never got answers from no one. Customer service blames the onsite tech and vs versa. Services are horrible. Security provides peace of mind only if it works. They greatly exaggerate the services offered and misrepresent their actual product. I will be canceling the service and filing legal action.

    They use predatory tactics to locate “new” customer bases and when confronted about this practice become rude and unreasonable. They try to add on tons of fees while offering “free” services.

    I just had them installed a week ago the installer did t have all the items I was to have for my system. He installed what he had and he and the supposed customer service rep said they would ship the items to me and let me know when they would arrive.I have not heard or can I contact them by phone e no matter what option you try you won’t get anyone but a recording. I wabn6to cancel my service but cannot talk to anyone. I think it was a set up to get the system in my home knowing they would not honor what they owe me. I’m not happy and do not like dishonest people.

    This company is totally unethical. The door to door salesman sold my 91 year old mother ( who obviously has dementia ) a contract for 5 years . She thought he said 1 year . So now , the payment comes out of her bank account every month and she can’t remember how to use it . They will not let her cancel. I’ve been on hold many times for over 25 min. Trying to get help. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company.

    Alliance security is one of the worse systems Available my system hasn’t worked since it was installed and they won’t let me out of my contract they keep giving me the run around Nick A is who’s in charge and he won’t even get on the phone I’ve been more than patient 10 months I’ve gone without my system fully working Any help you could give me regarding getting out of this contract will be greatly appreciated my next step is to hire an attorney

    I have trying to contact this company for three (3) days for the purpose of moving one of the glass breakers to another location. Each time I call the answering service picks up and transfers the call to locations where massages state that the mail box is full or music just plays and no one answers. We have only been with this company for one week. I will up date this review at a later date.

    To install the system they showed up quickly. Upon installing our phones quit working. My 86 year old mother lives with us she has a medical alert button and on oxygen. Now they telling us they dont have any technicians available and it will take 14 days for someone to come back to repair phone system. Horrible customer service.

    I think this is a fake company. I have had the security system for almost a year. I have been trying to reach them off and on for about the same time. none of the phone numbers work all go to voice mail that can’t accept new messages because the box is full. Other numbers ring for ever or put you on hold for over 30 minutes maybe longer but I never waited longer than that. Horrible. Save yourself from so much frustration.

    They came to us with a “free equipment” deal since we are on a corner lot on two busy streets. We thought it sounded like a good deal, so we signed up for their service without them ever once mentioning that if we cancelled due to dissatisfaction or for life changes that we’d be required to BUY OUT the rest of our ‘contract’ which we didn’t even know we HAD. The doorbell camera stopped recording after two weeks and several calls were made that were dumped to voicemail and not a single call was returned. We still kept the service at that point because it didn’t seem worth it to try to get in touch to cancel. I finally called this week to cancel due to a divorce – first attempt was a 40 minute hold time without getting to anyone, the second I held for 15 and the rep said we’d have to pay in – but suggested I just ditch the financial responsibility on my soon-to-be-ex husband since it was in his name?!?!?! SERIOUSLY? AVOID this company!
