It gives a sense of comfort and security. The equipment is up to date and fairly easy to use. I was expecting that my representative would have contacted me to see if everything was working out. I have not heard from them. One of the sensors literally fell off right after she had put it on and left.

I have a problem that my alarm goes off stating it is one window. It has happened 3 times. It appears that it corrects it's self.. I fear to set it when I am away and the police will be called when not necessary

I have been a customer for more than 13 years and will never switch my service to any other home protection company. The monitoring service checked in with me because there was a failure to communicate with the system. I appreciated the fact that they contacted me since I didn't notice the FC that appeared on my device. They sent over a technician named Denise who had serviced my system previously. She contacted me to say when she was going to arrive and she wore a mask and gloves. It is always nice to work with a female technician whom I find to be more patient/less condescending. Aside from this, I was blown away that she remembered so many details about my life from her previous visit. It was like having a family member/friend coming over to assist me. Denise is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and remedied the situation. I appreciated how she contacted her supervisor and together they successfully solved an additional issue. This personalized service and commitment on the part of this company is exactly why I will always be a loyal customer. Well done, Denise!

They were supposed to come back to my house, never even attempted to call me. I made three phone calls to them. The camera I had failed and then the guy come and he messed up the other camera so it had to be replaced too.

My problem is sometimes when I have it in the kitchen, they put it too close to my stove so if I'm cooking and get some steam it sets it right off and it takes a while. They said I'd probably call back too soon but I thought the house could burn before I'd get anybody here. Customer support is not always prompt. I don't get answered real fast and I feel a little uneasy about it sometimes.

It gives me peace of mind in all areas. I have an easy access to fire department and health department quickly and it's a full monitor at my house anytime. I can use the software to check it from anywhere when I'm out on a vacation or at work.

Last week there was no radio signal. I promptly got called and they walked us through the steps even though my husband was not there. I was there and then they helped me even though I did not know much, they helped me know the whole procedure. Last night was the same radio signal problem. They called us twice, texted us, alerting us if all doors and windows are closed. I lik the way that they responded and got in touch with us.

Have 4 systems at 4 properties and it's difficult to coordinate all 4 with the app. Some installation technicians are great, some are hack jobs and put unnecessary holes in the wall

I feel like I was kind of tricked when I ended up coming on the guardian because I was already with A. D. T. and I was satisfied with them and they made me think that they had bought out A. D. T. but they were gonna upgrade all my all my equipment and everything. So I kind of felt trick a little bit and your service you give good service and everything but I was kind of disappointed when when I found out that thanks weren't the way the people who came to my house representative. They seem to be pretty good they there's been a couple of times when one for some reason didn't close close the door quick enough and and and the alarm went off they actually they get on the line and they call and make sure that everything's okay.
