Guardian Protection provides home security systems that easily compete with some of the top security companies in the industry. Packages include:

  • Essential – Includes all standard features plus home automation and HD video doorbells.
  • Premium – The most complete home security system with home automation. Includes all features of the other packages plus smart home control.

24/7 Monitoring

In addition to the landline monitoring services found in most home security systems, Guardian Protection also provides backup cellular monitoring services in the event that your electricity goes out. Guardian Protection also employs Smash-and-Crash technology to ensure homes remain protected even when the security systems are tampered with or destroyed.

    I have had a guardian system now for a few years and couldn’t be more pleased. The company presents a fair rate that covers and offers everything, I did not get nickel and dimed to find out later on that I wasn’t covered. My alarm has gone off a few times and I have always received a quick response. Not to mention that with it being a privately owned company I felt that company actually worked with me and showed exemplarary customer service.

    Started with another company that never called when our alarm went off. That does not happen with Guardian, they are very very quick to call if your alarm goes off, which makes us feel very comfortable knowing someone is watching over your home. When you do call, their people are very friendly and ready to help no matter what your problem might be. We’ve been a long time customer and just a month ago updated all our equipment. Several of our family members also use them and we all think they are the best.

    Guardian is the worst and offers no protection. My house has been robbed twice while Guardian was suppose to protect my home. The first time they got a trouble signal they chose to disregard it on their own accord. Guess what my home was ransacked ! The second time, they didn’t ca the police before my emergency contacts. When I found out about it I called the police myself and Guardian still did not dispatch. I just signed up with Nkther company who offers additional protection and a lower monthly payment amount!

    This company is the worst. I had a company today come in and put a new system in and they took out the guardian system out . And never got a call from them. So I called them just to ask what would happen if the system was removed and they said you would get a call then I asked if they had gotten an alert and he said yes about an hour ago. And I told him I never got a call from anyone from his company. And told him his system was in the garbage where it belongs like there monitoring. To anyone who has this service needs to really look at it get it gone

    They do not help you when the system does not work. Nor do they return your phone calls. I tried to speak to a supervisor, but was refused. Want to charge me 750 dollars to cancel this service that is not working.

    I had Guardian installed a few months ago and everything works great. The biggest plus is the customer service which is fantastic. The technician was very good and informative. My wife and I have 2 children and have had other security systems in the past but nothing has compared to how happy we are with Guardian. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in protecting their home and family.

    Horrible very quiet system!
    Very poor customer service.

    Cancellation fees are for the full amount of the contract, they want you to pay 3000$ dollars to cancel after the first month!

    I wish I could het my hands on someone from their company but they contract everything out!

    They wouldnt even come back and tie the existing siren to the system. I got a keypad from them and thats it.

    We tried to cancel our service and they are charging us the full price of the contract- your report is WRONG- they don’t give sensible termination fees. Not to mention, we had NO IDEA we signed up for a five year contract. The sales person didn’t mention ANYTHING about a five year contract- this company is a SCAM- DON’T SIGN UP

    I have been with Guardian for more than 8 years and have been completely satisfied with their system, service and responsiveness during alarms. I have had 2 alarm emergencies during our time with Guardian and both times I know the Guardian system saved us from very real danger. The camera system helped the police catch a burger in our area. Worth every penny and more!

    Without a doubt, the worst service experience I have ever had in over 30 years of maintaining home security. In mid- contract, the control panel installed by their local contractor is no longer communicating with local cellular network. After attempting to require me to buy a new panel or give me one on a new service contract they promised to install a replacement at no cost. That was over a month ago and they are now, not returning my phone calls. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

    These dealers of this system suck. They take advantage of elder people. Scare the heck out of little children, my little girl while my elder mother was being rushed to the hospital, unwilling to give me the code to disarm the system after it had been set off. With the firemen here, my baby girl screaming, my father had to rush back from the emergency room to contact these, uh, security dealers. And this was just on one occasion. My mother, having alshiemers, totally became distraught from the noise and same situation occurred, except this tw , the police showed up, luckily, and got my mother calmed down. My father decided it was time for the system to go. On top of the worst security help, charged my father almost $800.00 for an early cancelation fee. My advice, stay away from these systems.
    I know, I know, read the contract, but we are talking about elders in their eighties almost ninety and didn’t know any better for the sales dealer for “making a sale” or taking advantage of people that think their words are true.

    bought used home with security system already installed. The system had not been used in years. I was repairing the system and needed the master codes. after multiple phone calls and weeks later because they never returned my calls, taking to supervisors they decided not to give me the master codes and said i would have to pay a minimum of $100 for tech to come out and fix the system. Sorry to say I will not be looking for them to monitor anything.

    Thought I was signing up with ADT, but didn’t realize until 2 days later that I signed with this company. Could NOT get out of the 3 YEAR contact because I could not talk to a REAL person until a week later.

    I’m a disabled senior citizen who need the security….BUT not @ this cost.
    A technician was suppose to come out and change the system to function on my cellphone, but when he came out he didn’t have all the needed equipment and had to go back to the office. He called from the office to tell me that it would be an additional $300.00. Then, NEVER returned to install it.
