I like the fact that when our alarm goes off, they call immediately. What we could improve on is a more updated keypad system. One that will notify you that your alarm is on.

We just moved into our new home & had guardian come Out & install an alarm system, thermostat, doorbell & front lock. The gentlemen who came out to install everything, Ellis was very polite, didn’t rush & took the time to set everything up on my phone & throughly explained how everything worked. I highly recommend Ellis & guardian!

Guardian took advantage of my mother, selling her top knotch services which were not required. The cancellation policy doesn’t account for moving out of state, which is what competitor companies offer. Don’t bother with this company- they will rip you off. There are so many home security options out there’s dn this one is a waste.

UNBELIEVABLE! They bullied their way into a meeting as we were building our townhouse and now that we have moved out of that area we still have to pay for the service since it was a 5 YEAR contract...... Well All I can say is watch out for shady dealings and pressure to commit!

Any time that I call, whoever answers the phone does everything they can to resolve the issue. There have been a couple times where I had to return calls because it wasn't properly taken care of, but not based on the customer service fault.

Guardian's system works - it's an average system, but we were hoodwinked. We had Vivint, and the guy came out here and told us that Vivint was not any good in this area anymore. I took him at his word, but it turns out Vivint is doing just fine. We're pretty mad about it.

Everyone is very responsive and give friendly customer support. My only complaint is the key fob plastic ring is not sturdy enough to carry it on your key ring and they charged me to make the correction.

I'm on a fixed income so I wish the rate was a little bit lower. The sales person was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me. I have accidentally set the alarm off and within seconds the phone rang to make sure I was okay, and nobody was frustrated that I set it off.

Service is terrific, I get a response right away and I feel very safe and secure with them. It's very reasonably priced, I'm thrilled with what I am charged monthly. I like that I am connected to both the police and fire department. The only thing I didn't like was the time frame for arrival was like 4 hours, but other than that everything is terrific.

I don't have any of the special features on this alarm, so any alarm would do the same thing. The remote they gave us fell apart a few days after and we didn't get another one.

The voice monitor is nice, you can speak right to a representative and they can walk you through certain steps. The product is high quality and they are quick and courteous with their responses.

Absolutely horrible when trying to cancel. We moved a year ago and I called to cancel service. Gentleman told me it would be $638 to cancel because we still had 16 months left on our contract or I could continue to pay monthly and cancel in the future when the balance is lower. It is now a year later, I called and found out, they never quit monitoring at the house we moved out of and now they are saying that I not only will have to pay the remainder of my contract, but also a $750 early termination fee.
