    Motivated by the difference a split second can make in the event of an emergency or break-in, LiveWatch founder Chris Johnson decided to take a new approach to home security and automation. As a result, the company offers simple but efficient self-install security systems that act quickly and get customers the help they need in a crisis. At only 12 months, LiveWatch’s contracts are short and can be canceled at any time with no early termination fees. While LiveWatch’s upfront costs are higher than industry average, customers can return their equipment within 365 days for a full refund.

    $34.95 Per Month Monitoring

    Starting at just $34.95per month, LiveWatch Security’s monitoring fee is pretty affordable, especially compared to many other top companies in the industry.

    Risk-Free, Cancel Anytime Policy

    LiveWatch only requires its customers to sign into a 12-month contract, which is short compared to the industry average of 36 months. Once the one-year contract is complete, LiveWatch allows its customers to switch to a month-to-month plan. All contracts come with a guarantee that customers can return their equipment within 365 days for a full refund. Contracts can also be cancelled at anytime without incurring additional fees or charges.

    No Early Termination Fees

    LiveWatch customers are free to cancel their service at any time with no early termination fees, although you may have to pay for your equipment. Many home security companies require their customers to pay the remaining balance of their contract, which sometimes adds up to hundreds of dollars.

    If you need more or less equipment than what’s offered in a standard package (see below), it’s easy to create a customized equipment setup for your home with LiveWatch.

    LiveWatch Security does not offer professional installations, which means that the customer is responsible to install their home security system on their own.       Yvonne in Customer Service was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helped me understand just what I needed.

      This was my second system with LiveWatch, as I wanted a system in an apartment I’m staying in for work. Livewatch’s excellent products and service are #1 in my opinion. Any issues I’ve had, their technical support was first rate.

      Fantastic Customer Service. He helped me set up my new thermostat and connect it to the
      LiveWatch panel. The representative was very patient,courteous, and knowledgeable. He also informed me how I could access it all through my iPad. When I asked for some information on an addition to my system, he informed me the item was on sale and helped me with the purchase. Could not be happier with my experience with LiveWatch Customer Service.

      Live Watch is very good with the handling of problems. The equipment is reasonably priced and quickly provided. The monitoring fee is cheaper than the competition, and the response is extremely fast.

      Live Watch is very simple and affordable. During my consultation, I was not pressured into buying a plan that I could not afford. They helped me with a secure plan that fit my budget. Installing the devices was very easy and getting everything activated was not complicated at all. The agent that helped me activate was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

      Excellent customer service recovery! The initial setup and activation call did not go well. The tech assigned was not familiar with setting up an existing system. After trying to figure it out and at the risk of frustrating a customer, we agreed to set up another attempt the next day.
      The tech assigned to the activation call the next day was absolutely superb! She was intimately knowledgeable about installing and activating my system. She patiently talked me through each step and double checked everything. Then she made doubly sure that I was totally satisfied with the outcomes and that I completely understood the operation and programming of my new system.

      Choosing and installing a security system can be daunting task. LiveWatch takes the stress out of securing your home. The initial contact with a system consultant provides all the help you need to select the best possible combination of sensors to adequately secure the home. Delivery was virtually overnight. Everything was boxed, labeled, and listed by location on the list provided. The email link to the installation video provided can’t miss instructions for placing the components. The activation call provided assistance in getting everything up and running. We had a minor problem with one sensor placement and were treated with patience and expert assistance. Step by step help with setting up our account made this task a breeze. And everything worked perfectly when we completed the install. I especially appreciate that every communication with LiveWatch has the name and contact information of the sender. You deal with real people who care about your experience. It’s like working with a home town merchant just down the street My only gripe: the instructions for operating the IQ Panel seem cluttered. More white space on the pages would make it easier to find and read the information. And I would appreciate an index. Overall, a great product, personal service, and a competitive price. We are happy with our choice of LiveWatch for our home security needs.

      Installation of LiveWatch equipment… The purchase, review of equipment setup and activation was one of the most professional processes from start to finish. My background is years of Information Techonology so I am not the easiest clients to deal with much less impress. I was and am very pleased with LiveWatch and I think you would be too.

      LiveWatch Security provides the kind of experience that one expects. This includes every aspect from the Products/Alarm system, to the rapid response of the Monitoring service. It has been my experience with all Customer Service interactions that they did everything in a professional, knowledgeable and curtious manner. They listened to my inquiries, not matter how trivial or serious with patience. Always making sure I had been helped to my satisfaction, never rushed. Also encouraged to call whenever I needed to if I had any other questions or concerns. If you want a Security service that feels like a trustworthy friend, you want LiveWatch!

      Have you “experienced” Sirius/XM Radio cancellation protocol? Same run-around with Livewatch. For personal reasons, I chose not to install/activate their equipment, have been texted 12 times; “We see you’re not activated/protected, what can I do to help?”, and when I text back, or email, that I want a return authorization, I’m told someone will be in touch “very soon.”
      Then they began to bill me, for both, activation and fees. HUH? The bits are still in the box they came in!!??
      Then they send me a form to sign; allowing that they will continue to bill me, until the parts are returned!?!? HUH?

      A tilt sensor stopped working. I contacted customer service three weeks ago and again two weeks ago. I was assured that the replacement sensor would be shipped out immediately. Now almost four weeks have passed and I still haven’t received a new sensor.

      I called to get information on the different packages and was hit with a hard sale which I found deplorable and unnecessary. The upfront cost was surprising and I didn’t like the attitude of the sales person when I called customer service. I am at an age where I know what I want and just don’t have the patience for hard selling when there is no need. LiveWatch was #1 on list and now I have decided not to do business with this company. I asked the sales man not to call me and sure he called the following day anyway. I simply asked him to take me off the list and please to not call my home again.

      The company may have an outstanding record for monitoring but need to place more energy on customer service in my opinion.

      My product stopped working in January of 2016. They sent me a replacement part & tipple billed me for the replacement. It took several months to correct the tipple billing & the device still did not work. for 7 months they billed me for a service that they did not provide & i finally had to have the credit card company refuse payment. Very disorganized company, not worth the amount you save, they end up charging you on the back end with erroneous charges.

      I had live watch for only 4 months and my house was broken into, the copper was stolen from my house, the wiring was cut and drywall broken and not once did I get a call from LIVE WATCH. I had supplied 4 different phone numbers where I could be contacted in case of an emergency. When I got home and saw my front door wide open where there was a sensor as well as the back sliding door where there was also a sensor was open. The only response from LIVE WATCH was there was an email sent that the battery was low. The alarm was connected to the outlet and was stolen as well. I was never notified and now I have over $20,000 in repairs needed to my house to make it a habitable living conditions. With now no electricity or plumbing we can no longer stay in our home. Do not use live watch, when I called about everything they threw the policies at me and said they are not liable. If you are trusting a company to at least inform you when your house in broken into they should be liable if they did not do so.

      After being a SafeMart/LIveWatch customer for the last ten years or so, I am feeliing very disappointed. I thought I was purchasing some level of security/protection. However, as diffictult as it is to even contact this company, I do not understand how they would possibly respond to a security issue in a timely fashion. i tried calling the “award-winning customer serivce department” this morning. Following being bounced around from one recorded message to another, I was connected with a live line through which I could hear conversations going on the in the background, but no one would respond to me. After shouting and whistling on the phone line to get someone’s attention, I spoke with a man named Steve. I let him know that because it was so difficult to contact them, and it seemed they are unable to answer a simple phone call, I felt I had not been receiving any secuity protection and had just been wasting my money. I told “Steve” to please cancel my service. Very disappointed. This service is NOT what is advertised. I have not been “protected” at all. I have wasted my money for years.

      Customer service charges $25 per call after their 3 day “trial” period, if it is not an emergency !!! They surely don’t tell you this when they are selling you the product ! This help is also not available at all after 5 PM Saturdays or anytime on Sunday !!!! Pathetic…. Their message is ” if this is an emergency, call 911″. THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR JOB !!!

      This does not work for my 85 year old father, who needs longer than that to train to a new system.

      I will be returning the system soon, and will update as to how their warranty goes….

      Just quit their service after 12 months of paying over 50 dollars a month to them. I had 2 homes one in Oregon and one in FLoria that had the live watch service. When I was in Oregon the camera were not working, but they kept charging the 10 dollar fees. They told me I need to be on site to fix the problem, so I guess I need to fly back everytime the cameras do not work. I was back and tried to stop the 10 dollar charge they wanted me to send them another agreement in order to stop the charge. I asked why they could not just stop it . They said it is their policy, at that point I just asked to cancel the whole contract since I had 12 months with them. DONE DEAL.
