Loud Security operates its own UL unlisted central monitoring station that's open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. The station is CSAA Five Diamond Certified which means 100% of their central station operators have achieved proficiency and certification by passing the CSAA Central Station Online Operator Training course. Loud Security has been in business since 1995 and has become one of Atlanta's leading security providers.
Loud Security locks its customers into long-term contracts of 36 months. One possible downside could be the small nature of the company, which could limit the scope of services they are able to provide. For example, outside of the Georgia region if you own a Loud system and it malfunctions it could take longer to receive a maintenance call than it would with other companies.

I love LOUD. I’ve had them for about 9 years now. I recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm co. Their local personalized service is rare and really made me feel my security system would keep me secure.

***PROSPECTIVE ALARMS BUYER BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LOUD ALARMS IN ATLANTA*** They will always lock you into a long contract, 3 - 5 years at monthly rates ($34.95/mo) that are not competitive with other providers. They state they have great customer service, but I have not been so lucky when dealing with them. Their install was was poor and left minor damage at my residence. I continued to have problems with the system itself and they stated I was out of warranty every time. even within the first year, I had parts fail and was told I would have to pay for new items and was charged a service call. When I moved out of state, I was told i could take the system with me and they would continue monitoring, but they would not be able to service the system itself. End up having to buy out 2 years of monitoring. LONG AND SHORT, BE VERY LEERY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH LOUD!!

Not the best. I've had LOUD for less than a year, and so far my scheduler in my online system doesn't match what techs see on Loud's end, so the alarm went off constantly in the middle of the day for no reason. That took 6 months to figure out. Now I have a retail front door that can't be unlocked because of a system failure and Loud won't help me fix it. I wasted over $3000 on a system that I can't use and I'm locked into a long term contract. Loud's response: (shrug)

Loud security has been Too notch for our home system!!! The employees are always so nice, and if I forget to pay they always give a courtesy reminder call and I lay right away. Every time I've needed anything everyone is so very helpful and the owner is awesome man who does a lot for the community! I highly recommend LOUD!!!

Loud Security has been very professional and effective system. Their customer service is outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I get a immediate response. When there is an indication that there might be a problem, they communicate immediately which is very comforting. I am very satisfied with Loud.

My experience with this company from start to finish was simply amazing. The sales representative(Joel) that came to my home was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products this company offers. We set up a custom security system based on what I told him I wanted. His experience and suggestions were of great help to me. the office staff is equall friendly and helpful and the installation team was awesome. They put in a pretty complex system in my home. They synched the entire system to my phone and my computer and stayed until I was very comfortable using the system on all my devices. Their tutorial and patience helped this technologically challenged client feel comfortable in a very short amount of time. Every person I encountered during this entire process was friendly, helpful, patient, and proffessional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to put a security system in their home or business. Thank-you LOUD!

Customer service is horrible! After being a customer since 2006 was charged SIX months monitoring fee to cancel contract. Changed to another service because LOUD's rates were no longer competitive.

Loud was very responsive to our request for a new security system. We had our sales meeting, signed contracts and installation in less than a week. Everyone we met were very knowledgeable and very high on Loud, the company and its customer care policies. The install team was very efficient and took great care to keep the house neat while they did the install. We were very pleased with he entire process and recommend Loud to anyone considering a home security system.
