I have been paying my alarm monitoring for the last 6 months without using, when I was ready to install my alarm system I found out my house have a problem with the telephone lines. I tried to cancel my agreement and the company does not let me, they are not monitoring my house at all !!!!!! But they not let me cancel !!!!!! They want me to purchase a $490 wireless panel ( that I`m not buying) ... So if you want to save a little bit of money its not worth.... This company its the worst ....

Called after finding out that ADT was going up on prices after being with them for 7+ years. Jackie was very helpful in getting me signed up for service which took about 15minutes to complete. Was happy with the set up and getting signed up but not sure about service as of yet as I have not been installed yet.
