The Good

  • Multiple Package Options
  • State-of-the-art Technology
  • Customer Service
  • Secure Move
  • Safety Net

Multiple Package Options

Protection 1 offers a variety of packages to their customers: from basic home security which requires a landline phone to state-of-the-art home automation that utilizes a cellular signal that can be controlled from a mobile device. Protection 1 also has a new DIY system for those interested in self-installation. For complete package details see the ‘Equipment Review’ tab above.

State-of-the-art Technology

Protection 1 has been around for 27 years, but they have continued to evolve with modern technology. Their Smart control and video packages are all wireless making for easy, non-intrusive installation. They utilize a cell signal so customers don’t need to worry about an internet connection or having a landline phone. Protection 1 customers can access and view their home’s activities via a smartphone. This enables customers to view live video feed, track the armed status, lock and unlock doors, turn on and off lights, control the temperature of the home, etc.

Customer Service

Protection 1 sets themselves apart with their customer service. There are no automated phone systems, only real customer service representatives and their wait times are incredibly short. They claim to answer the phone within a few rings, which is remarkable compared to the wait times of some other companies. If readily accessible customer service and immediate communication are important to you, Protection 1 is worth contacting.

Secure Move

If a customer decides to move while in the middle of their protection 1 contract, Protection 1 will install a new or existing system to the new home for the customer, and pay $150 of the activation fee. The Secure Move feature really helps to set them apart in the industry, not many other companies in the industry offer a comparable service. For complete details about Secure Move, see the ‘Contract Details’ tab above.

Safety Net

If the customer suffers a loss due to their home being burglarized or damaged due to fire, Protection 1 will pay up to $1,000 of the home insurance deductible. This is a unique feature that not many other companies offer, and we have taken this into consideration when calculating our expert score. For complete details, see the ‘Contract  Details’ tab above.

The Bad

  • Several Additional Fees
  • Long Contract lengths
  • Base Security Model Requires a Landline Phone
Several Additional Fees

Protection 1’s main problem is that they require their customers to pay full-term for contracts even after cancellation. Customers do have 14 days after signing the agreement to cancel the contract, but they will still be charged a $79 re-stocking fee. Also, in their terms and agreements subsection Protection 1 states that additional equipment may need to be purchased, meaning that all of the advertised features may not be accessible without purchasing additional equipment. Their terms and agreements also state that the equipment will remain the property of protection 1, so even after the service contract the equipment belongs to the company. Prices may increase after the first 12 months of service as well.

Long Contract Lengths

Protection 1 has done a good job of keeping their monthly fees at reasonable prices. This is due in part to their 36-month minimum contracts. Keep in mind that if at any point a customer desires to leave the contract, the customer will need to pay off the remainder of the contract.

Base Security Model Requires a Landline Phone

Protection 1’s base security model, “Secure” starts at an affordable rate of $34.99/moth with a 36-month contract. However, the technology used requires the customer to have a landline phone in order to monitor the system. This technology is dated; not many have landline phones anymore and very few will have the desire to use the base system as a result. It also poses a security hazard
as the phone lines can be cut before the alarm is ever tripped.

The Bottom Line

Protection 1 offers packages to meet just about everyone’s needs; from basic home security to complete home automation with state of the art technology. Their prices range from $34.99-$54.99 with a 36-month minimum contract. Protection 1 has customer service representatives that are readily available, with no automated phone systems and very short wait times. If this is important to you, Protection 1 is worth considering. Protection 1 may require some additional fees; additional equipment may need to be purchased in order to perform all advertised features, and prices may increase after the first 12 months of service. Also, if customers desire to cancel their service they must pay off the remainder of the contract balance.

Stay away from Protection 1. After the high pressure phone sale, they don't honor the terms of their contract regarding cancellation, then will harass you to death! Phone people are pushy, unprofessional, don't do what they say, and don't seem to be able to get anything done. They charged me for "services" NEVER provided, even after having discussed my cancellation, prior to the 14 day period stated in the contract, and have continued to charge me for "services" for a year.... The prior system has been removed, so there is no way possible they can provide services. Now they are threatening me with collections action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ALARM PROVIDER!!Read More

If service is of concern for you and you are a commercial business in the Atlanta Market avoid this company at all costs. They have mo interest in follow through or communication. After repeated attempts to get reaponse on install issues to multiple levels of management Inclusding their so called Executive Manager of Customer Care (Nicole) I have now reseved to simply make others aware of the oathetic service levels in particular Mark T. and his manager who has yet to return my phone calls. We oen a school and in the current climate you would think that they would approach out business with care and urgency. You will get neither from them. Stay Away!Read More

I have never seen a more hassle for cancellation than this company. After my contract was over I called them for cancellation. After hour of deliberation on why I should not cancel my service, the fellow finally agreed to cancel the service but said I need to reply the email he will send with confirmation that I want to cancel. And after a month I started getting collection calls from them about an overdue bill. Those people really talk in threatening voice. The lady said you need to pay your bill since your service is still active and I should talk to customer service regarding cancellation. I again talked to customer service and they said they did not cancel it because they thought I am moving my service to ADT. Finally she agreed to cancel it but said I will have to pay for another month since for cancellation it is one month notice as per contract. I agreed to pay for another month. I hope they cancel it now.

Worst alarm company EVER! We had a contract for 4 years nothing worked for 3.5 of those years literally! Had them come out several times paid MORE money for them to fix their faulty equipment…. just to have it stop working weeks later finally I got tired of paying for them to “fix” it and just paid out my contract… when cancelling the policy after my 4 years they said everything was good. Here recently i received another bill they “forgot” to mention. They wont remove it even though i was told i didnt owe anything after i cancelled. SHOCKER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It is Sept 16 and this issue has been unresolved since June 29. I have spoken to more than 12 protection one staff and been promised calls back, service dates, etc TO NO AVAIL. nothing has been fixed and they are also billing the previous property owners – who have ALSO spent hours on the phone with different people with this company.
Because protection one has not fixed my issue I have been unable to move into my new home, and thus have been unable to put my old house up for sale, and I am losing thousands of dollars.
my only option is going to be to try to get a brand new system installed from another company, thus paying TWICE for the same item.
They lie repeatedly – I have been told multiple times that someone will call me back, for example, and they never do.
They do not care about me or my family. They do not care about our safety or health.

I live in Florida and we are in the wake of hurricane Irma. I called to have my payment deferred because all funds are needed to prepare for this storm. We don’t know what the conditions will be afterwards. I call and talked to Ivan. I explained to him that i live in florida and need to defer my payment due to hurricane Irma. He explained that they are not defer payments until after the hurricane hits. Then i am to call them back. Who’s to say that i will be able to call them back afterwards. We are in a state of emergency. I went on to say if communication is available. He responded that is the plan. This is not the first i have encountered horrible customer service from this company.

Try to cancel my service year before contract was over i was told i would have to pay the rest of contract to get out of the contract. Wrote an email an year in advance to not renew my services after my contract ended, just today i was just told that letter didn’t count LOL what! I guess you have to email 30 days before your contract is over. Remember 30 days before your contract ends not 60 days not 12 months like I did. Smiles it sucks. After 20+ years with this guys, that’s what I get. Anyway my recommendation don’t sign long term contracts. Good Luck.

A brand new “customer” with this company. I called them 3 weeks ago on August 8 to set up an account with them and an install of their system in our new home in Houston after the previous owner recommended them. I was given the date of August 23rd for the install. After no call the day before, and still no technician at the house within my allotted time slot, I called the company and was placed on hold. This, I am assuming, so they could scramble and see where they could possibly fit me in. They dropped the ball, never scheduled me and now “due to a shortage of technicians” I was given a date of September 14 for an install. I promptly cancelled my non-installed service with them. I can only imagine a shockingly poor monitoring response time from them if my alarm was ever activated. Don’t bother with this company.

I have been an excellent pay on time customer with Brinks-ASG-Protection-1 for over 7 years. During this time they have called me less than 25 times to check what happened when my alarm went off & never called me in the last 5 years. (I have asked for the phone records) so far no results.

I decided to cancel my service (front & back door) and they say I owe them $$750.00. My system was not upgraded. I originally paid to start service 7 years ago and was charged 316.00 + 108.00. I was just an old customer they kept stringing along just for a monthly payment.

I have excellent credit rating. So now it will be sent to a collection agency to ruin my credit. This is a huge company so make sure you know what you are getting and how much you have to pay and how ugly they get. Most company’s will work with you and be nice about it. Not this one, after 7 years of full paid by me service.

Now when I come home, my new alarm system went off before I could turn it off and they were on control panel asking my name, code etc. To see if I was OK.

Too bad ASG/P1 didn’t call when my alarm went off. Still waiting for phone reports

My fire alarm was triggered and we could not shut down the panel. I tried to clear it and the alarm was triggered again. The response I got after calling 6 different phone numbers and service was that someone would be there between 12 and 5 today. By the way, did I mention that my fire alarm was continuing to go off? Apparently it is as much a priority as changing a battery. Literally the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. We had a problem a few months ago where the fire alarm was triggered to the fire station although it did not go off in the store. The fire department shows up and I call Protection One only to be told that I don’t have fire coverage with them. Strange, my bill shows that I have been paying it for two years! It took hours for them to figure out that it was a programming error and they needed to work on it internally. If this comes as any surprise at this point after reading my review…apparently I am not enough of a priority to fix a problem to make my system to make it functional. AWFUL and worth evey bit of the “zero” rating they received.

This company requires you to sign up for a 3 year contract with no ability to cancel during that time. They are expensive compared to all the new security products available on the market today.

More importantly, the technology they use is extremely outdated, the camera’s don’t catch anything, the touchpads don’t work well, and the motion sensor goes off ALL the time.

To get good customer service, you have to pay an additional $5 per month.

After six long years we are canceling with Protection One. Their equipment set up was wrong from the beginning. The biggest problem with this company is the employees all contradict one another and do not concentrate on problem resolution. It is all a blame game between the home office customer service people who are quite pleasant despite the fact that they no little to nothing, the Field Technicians who are generally inept and try selling you more things including contract extensions vs. solve problems. Moreover, they are evasive, do not return phone calls and certainly don’t solve don’t solve problems.

We were previously with ASG but Protection1 took over and things went downhill. The Customer Service is AWFUL -they do NOT care about the customer. The reps are rude, short and REFUSE to work with long term customers (over 5 years) and as the rep said – we only acquired your contract making me feel like I was less of a customer because I was not originally their client. WOW. Cannot believe they would rather fight and argue over a small amount and create a NEGATIVE Experience (refusing to negotiate). It is funny how they spend thousands of dollars in advertisement to get new customer but refuse negotiate and work with current customers and treating them with respect. BEWARE – DO NOT recommend going with this company.

Had a false alarm yesterday, Protection 1 called and I have to go back home to check on it. I called customer service to come and check my alarm system and they gave me a confirmation for a technician to come and check the alarm system between the hours of 1-5. Nobody showed up, so I called customer service and they said the technician is running late and if I still want the service then I have to wait till 730 PM. Well who would like to have a technician at their house after 7PM?
I’ve been with Protection 1 for a long time, I think its time to have a change. Dissatisfied customer.

This stuff is absolutely worthless and cost far too much! Cannot cancel for 5 years or you waste most of a thousand dollars on nothing!! I had ADT on an ongoing monthly basis and was happy with it, but this guy came and knocked on the door with this fantastic offer and sales pitch and I bit!! Take my word for it is expensive after the installation, free install or whatever!! When I can without a penalty, I am going back to ADT in a heart beat!! We have an issue with our security system with nothing showing up on our cameras. The earliest they could schedule us was 4 days out which was today from 8-12. We tried calling to find out where we were on the schedule and they did not know. At 12:30 PM, my husband called back and was told that the tech had 2 big fire alarm jobs they were working on and they would call between the two jobs. It is after 3 and no call so we called the scheduling number again and they have no clue when the tech will be free. We have to leave at 5. Meanwhile we were tied up the entire day. We rescheduled for Friday and said we want the 8:00 AM app. but we can’t be assured we will get that on Friday even though they could not get here today. They offered to credit 1/2 month of service but that is not enough in my book. This company needs to have emergency techs for these unexpected big jobs and not overbook their techs daily schedule. The techs probably get an earful when it is Protection One’s corporate policy that is the issue. They also should be able to call the day before or the day of the appointment to give you a better idea of when they will arrive as other service people do. This is totally unacceptable service and we shall see how things go Friday. If they are not here in the time range Friday, we will cancel our service when the contract runs out next year. We noticed when they sell you the system, they are on time. Not Good!

Moving to a new house. P1 promises us that there is no fee to have new equipment put in. P1 also promises us we don’t have to renew our contract. Both were false. We suddenly have to pay to have equipment moved, and we are required to renew our contract. So, now I cancel and learn there is no pro-rated ETF. I have to pay the full price of the contract! This is why they try to lock you into absurdly long contracts: they get the money even when they provide zero value!

Stay far away from P1. Not worth the money. Service isn’t very good. If it was, they wouldn’t feel the need to trap you in a half-decade contract.

I chose to cancel my service and it was a 3 phone call ordeal. Once you are in they make it very difficult to cancel. I called 2 years into my contract to see what I could do to cancel and I had another year left. I told them when my contract was done I wanted to be done with the service. They said I would have to call back closer to when my contract was over. I called in February and they assured me it was canceled. Then money was taken out of my account in May I called again and I am getting billed for another month because I needed to give 30 days notice and had no record of me canceling in February.

Protection one installed a system where I was RENTING because I’d just moved to the Cincinnati as a single parent with a 9 year old. After a year, we purchased a home in the safe community on the outskirts of Cinci. This is when I was notified of a 5 year contract I was told that I had to transfer services or the new renters (of the old property) would have to resume services with protection one in order to not be billed this cancellation fee of mid to high hundreds of dollars. Well the services were transferred and the renters have protection 1 and I’m still being billed. I cancelled services and pd $200 and is now getting collection phone calls for $1400. Quite scammish!!!!

Security system constantly has false alarms. Customer service is terrible. The service people can’t fix the false alarms and no we are paying for a system that goes off on a regular basis for no reason. Tried to cancel service due to poor product but was told we would have to pay thousands of dollars (basically remaining contract amount) even though their product failed to do what it’s supposed to do. Been with Protection One many years. Never again. I called to upgrade system and after 6 weeks no upgrade. Took off work twice for installation but each time work order was incomplete so couldn’t be installed. I finally gave up and went with another more responsive company. Technicians were great but account managers indifferent or incompetent. Promised call backs within a half hour take over a week and still no resolution. They promise a lot and deliver zero. Word of warning find out exactly when your contract renews so you don’t get slammed with contract buy out. They say you can cancel with 30 day notice but they don’t tell you they will bill you for remainder of contract period. Most alarm companies use the same or similar equipment, the main thing that differentiates them is service and Protection One has none.

I have been with Protection One for several years. I found a security system that would have included cameras, so I contacted Protection One to drop their service. I was told it would cost me to get out of the contract.. After some discussion, I made arrangements to have the additional equipment installed by Protection One. I explained to them that I needed the work done within a week. I have contacted them to set an appointment several times. I am now at a point that I will NOT renew the contract. No one has called me back. Totally non professional!

I am very unhappy with this company. At the time they installed, they did not tell me I was signing a 5 year contract, they did not tell me I had to register at the county level. I signed a tablet but thought I was signing that they had installed it and explained the service to me. They told me it was my responsibility to read contract and to request my own copy of the contract. How would I do that when I wasn’t told I was signing a contract? Customer service told me their people did not have to tell me those things because it is up to the customer. They want to charge me $750 to get out of this 5 year contract. Also, looking at their pricing, I am paying the highest amount but do not have all this bells and whistles offered. How can that be?

I have had Protection One at least 10 years with OK service but the cost has gotten way out of hand… $36 a month for basic service using my landline. I called and canceled the contract. Nothing was said about giving 30 days notice per the Contract clause I read 10 years ago! I would think my old contract would’ve been ompled with after the first 3 years without cancellation. Not the case! They are charging me for a month I didn’t use them. Who remembers the contract from about 10 years ago? They have unbelievably bad customer service. No “thank you” for using us for all these years and sorry our rates have doubled with no upgraded service. He just tells me to pay the extra 30 days! I would suggest that you do not choose Protectiion One!

I made the mistake of signing up with Protection 1 only to find out it was for 5 years. Had I known that, I would not have signed up at all. I tried to cancel the service and was told I would have to pay $750. $54.99 is a lot of money for a security system and I was very disappointed to find it was for 5 years. 3 years is a long time, 5 seems like an eternity. Since I couldn’t come up with the $750 to cancel, I was stuck with going to term. When the 5 years is over, I fully intend to cancel and NEVER go with them again. Service is ok, but I’m just not all that impressed. The sales person lied to me from the get go and of course was not with them within a year after talking me into the service.

I never write reviews but I will today. People need to know how protection 1s Austin TX billing scam works. If you have their service for your contract of 24 months no problem. Once you cancel to move on to another more advanced service they will say they are sad to lose you and everything is good. Then wait about 90 days and hit you with a 1000.00 plus bill saying your contract auto renewed. They will not work with you even if you can show emails and letters saying cancel your service you can send a letter they will say they never got it. They will only threaten your credit not working with you at all. I have recorded conversations with one of the managers Cathy admitting I haven’t used their service in over a year but still trying to extort. Stay away alert do some research like the 700 plus complaints on the BBB imagine how many people they have taken in order to move people to complain that much. I even found out the previous owners had the same problem with them. That’s a policy problem not a onetime mistake so they have to be on board with this type of extortion.

Let me start from how we got protection 1. They sent their amazing salesmen on a door to door tour of our neighborhood and in hindsight we should have realized that “all that glittered aint shiny”. While the service was good and it was nice to have a camera inside the house and a call in box in case something happened, there were times when I would say “why did we switch again?”> The crappy part is we recommended them to our family. Well they moved and they took them to their new house. Which was just fine for them. US on the other hand, we sold our house and decided we would cancel our contract. Mind you we had been with them for over 3 years so I always wondered what kind of contract we had but since I allowed dear hubby to handle that bill, I didn’t even think to read the fine lines. SO of course, it seemed like a simple “hey we want out” type thing. BUt when we got to the final call it was “OH no, sorry about that.. $750 and you are done with us” Wait what? Im sure we signed a 3 year contract and it should be close if not the end… OH no, dear soul, you signed a 59 month contract. See right here?” Wait, what? What is a 59 (FIFTY NINE) month contract you ask? Yeah, I don’t remember that at all. But there it was, supposedly signed by us. So what’s our options?

    -Oh you can pay $750

    – you can trick, I mean talk the new homeowners into signing up (but they have to sign a 3 year contract)

_ you can take it to your new home (which for us is NOT AN OPTION because it’s a temp house while we build) and sign another 3 year deal

    – OR you can just continue to pay until your contract is up.

SO guess what we had to do? Yep, we are paying on an alarm system in a house that we don’t own-which the current owners decided to use a cheaper option-. So they are I guess double protected. HA!

But the good news is if they set off the smoke detector, my husband gets an urgent call to his phone about it.. Yes, this has happened. OH and the best part about it, the good people who call are asking do they want us to take our phone number off the account. No we want to be free of this account period, but hey, its our own fault for their amazing sales practices and their door to door preying on the elderly! Good job Protection 1. Lesson learned!

I’ve been a customer with Protection 1 for 11 years. Whenever we accidentally trip our alarm off. We’ve always gotten a call. And if no answer, they’ve always called my cell. I’ve never had a problem with customer service.

System is as many other companies offers. Business practice of Protection One is questionable in many aspect. I had an upgrade from landline to wireless and the installer told me to sign here for the installation. next thing I know, my rates are higher with a one year contract that I never saw. Also their billing cycle varies each month, some month you can have the due date the first of the month and then the next month you have a due date on the 23rd of the month. What kind of company does such poor practices!

I called in to report annoying Excessive alerts 24/7. Only to be informed that I had an additional 2 years to complete the contract. It has been a continuous problem one issue after the other. I do not recommend this company. I was informed 4 times that the contract was for 2 years instead of 3 years. No negotiating. Faulty systems. Also there is a, $750 fee for exiting contract even when receiving multiple false alerts. Run from tis company.

Far too many unanswered questions about why my console shows User 51 (key fob) only 6 times since December 20, 2016, and instead shows anonymous and unknown users instead. Even using keyboard, instead of showing Master User, it shows anonymous user. Called this past Monday, March 27, 2017, and was on phone with technician for over an hour who could not answer why key fob was generating different users on my console. Told that technician would contact product manufacturer for answers, but have heard nothing yet. System obviously compromised, but technician denies that this can happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We will tell everyone we know to stay away from this despicable, horrible company. They are a disgrace to American business. After reading some of these reviews I see there is a common thread running through them…..lying, gouging, and intimidation. Don’t do business with ProtectionOne!!!!!

I have had Protection 1 for over 26 months and cannot wait until my contract is over. I will start at the beginning, Advertising and sales: Salesman did not clearly explain the contract or how the services were provided (something I found out a little too late) Currently, I have three outside cameras that the salesmen stated would be monitored from their center, and that I would be able to record, through the cloud as much as I needed. Wrong on both accounts. I am currently being WAY overcharged for non-monitored cameras that only record up too 500 3 second clips a month. After that, my cameras DO NOT record at all. Soon after installation, one of my cameras went down, then another 5 to 6 months later. Come to find out that the cameras are not covered under any the service plan and I would have to replace them myself if I wanted them. PRODUCTS: upon installation, the did not install window sensors on all my windows. Only two. Their logic was that in the event that someone broke in the inside sensor would pick it up. What they do not tell you is that if your home and you set the alarm the inside sensor is turned off to avoid my family from setting it off while inside. Ok, but what about break ins when we are home? Essentially I have an alarm system that is ineffective when we are home at night. Secondarily, the front door lock that ties into the alarm, DOES NOT LOCK automatically as it should. We have to use the key to lock and unlock. CUSTOMER SERVICE: WORTHLESS! Being that Protection 1 utilizes a subcontractor for door to door sales, the customer service has NO idea on how the sales people write the contracts so are unable to help. They give us the runaround when we want to talk to a manager and to date we are unable to get a hold of anyone that can clearly explain our service fees or the lack of equipment. I would have to agree with the other 70 people that gave Protection 1 a 0 on rating. If I can offer any advice to anyone looking STAY AWAY. I am paying twice the amount of ADT or Vivant for the poor service, lack of protection and cameras that do not work and cannot record.

Protection 1 Took over my ASG contract and didn’t even introduce themselves…they just sent out a new bill with my monitoring charges. A month later I decided to call them and they said “oh yes we took over your account.” I tried to cancel my account by phone..can’t do that and no one told me it has to be a written letter request. Watch out for “contract” length that you can’t get out of !

unhelpful crooks – I own my equipment. I ask for a quote to replace the motherboard and program the system. The quote is just shy of $250 with a hook – I have to sign a 60 month service agreement with no early exit option. I own my own equipment! I could understand if they gave me free equipment to start the deal. Anyway, the quote if I don’t sign is then $250 for the board ($15 – $70 bucks on ebay) plus 3 hours of labor at $85. Ridiculous.

Worse to deal with than cable companies. Beware verbal contracts and hard selling un-professional ” sales ” staff. Check to see if you are being scammed on the $ 5.00 monthly fee for an app. What a rip-off.
Be smarter than me….check other companies and change vendors if necessary. There is one on every corner…

This company, is a scam, just stay away from it, try other companies, with shorter contract, the problem with this scam company is even if you wanna cancel, you still have to pay the full amount, as if you didn’t cancel, which make no sense if you do cancel, they just wanna take money, and they don’t care about your needs once you sign the contract, basically, they’re just sells men, and some are very rude over the phone, and even if you’re don’t activate your Alarm system, you still have to pay for it, but they don’t tell you that at first, so I’m giving 0 rate because, it’s my biggest regret to sign this contract, because I’m stuck with it now and cancellation will make me pay as if I don’t cancel, but I hope this review will help some people out there, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. BE AWARE.

this company is the worst, they are predatory. If I could they’d get a negative score, 0 star is too good for them.

Protection 1 has been calling my 83 old mother at least 3 to 5 times a week for the last 2 years demanding a $900+ termination fee for a service she never ordered. I have spent countless hours with Protection 1 customer service people. I have asked many many times for a copy of the service contract. each time the customer service person says they will send it and in over 2 years of Protection 1’s harassing phone calls not one contract has ever been sent me. This company morally bankrupt, harassing a hard of hearing women in her 80’s for money that is outright fraud.

I have contacted the corporate HQ to no avail. At the call centers, I get eager people on the phone willing to help but nothing changes, the almost daily phone call continues. I have contacted the BBB but have not heard back from them If this continues I will contact the state Attorney General’s office and file a formal complaint. Their Yelp ratings are almost all 1 star. This is an awful toxic company. STAY AWAY, TO NOT USE THEM.
