    ATT digital should NOT be in the service of protecting people’s homes and families. My equipment has not worked one too many times for something unfortunate to happen in our home.     AT& T digital Life was the worst security system I ever purchased. There customer service will lie to you and then when you want to cancel they hit you with the cancellation fee. The service from the moment of installation was a nightmare. First, was the security door lock which locked my entire family out of home due to the lock not working properly,. approximately two days after it was installed. Called customer service there was nothing they could do to get us access to home,so they informed us to contact lock smith and that they would reimburse us. So we did call lock smith and the next day they inform us they would not reimburse us. I wanted to cancel service at this point when they informed me that I would be subject to an early cancellation fee. So, I tried to work with them and they came out a changed the lock on the door, which still never worked properly. Secondly we notice that the system would read not arming. So we called again and they told us nothing was wrong we just had to pull the panel box off the wall and it would reset. The last and final problem was when we walked in the house and we failed to disarm the system. We noticed an hour later that we did not disarm the system and that the system never went off. Again we called and AT&T keeps lying could do nothing and threatens with early cancellation fees. The camera does not record, and a thief can completely burglarize your home and AT&T will still keep charging you for a system that does not work at all. So, they can charge me for the early cancellation fee, I will see them in court because I am the consumer and nobody should have to pay for a security system that absolutely does not work.     The customer service department has no idea how their own system works. I called to have them fix an issue with one of the sensors from when it was set up and she had no idea how to do it. Then I asked if I could have a technician come out and fix it and she said that would be $99. After that I wanted to speak to a manager so I waited for one to become available and then when I was transferred the line was dead and no one picked up. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with customer service. This is at least the fifth bad experience and if I could cancel without paying a steep fee I would.

    Trying to control my language as I try to explain the lowest level of product and customer service I have ever experienced (besides Isaac who just finally cancelled my device for me successfully…who would’ve known that is so hard of a task to complete!?)
    From the beginning it has sucked and I suffered through two years of paying for nothing because I’d rather do that than give in and pay the cancellation fee. There have been many occurrences but here are a few examples…
    1. Alarm set to STAY. I set off by accident when I woke up the next morning then entered code to end it. Usually an alarm company still calls to make sure all is okay. No call. When I called to ask why, they stated it must continually be going off for X amount of minutes before they call to check on you.
    2. Family came in town while we were at work for the day, alarm set to AWAY. We gave them a key but forgot to tell them alarm code (oops). By the time I saw my phone I had a missed call from Digital Life and a message stating they were sending cops because couldn’t get in touch with us (I was actually happy to see they were doing their jobs). End of the day I find out THEY NEVER dispatched cops. I forget what the reasoning was when I reported this to them.
    3. Asked to cancel my account due to these two circumstances and at this point feeling like I’m paying for nothing. Was told I’d have to pay cancellation fee or they could discount my monthly fee from $40 to $30. Did the math and decided to keep paying $30 a month since cheaper than cancelling.
    4. Called to cancel when contract up. First was told they would prorate the month since cancelling, next person told me I’d have to pay the whole month and they don’t know why anyone said they’d prorate because that’s not an option. Didn’t care at this point just wanted it cancelled….next month rolls around and I get another bill. Call DL and they say last month I called to ask about my cycle days….NO I called to cancel this POS alarm system! Then they procede to tell me they’ll do me a favor and prorate this last month since it didn’t happen last month! Isaac decided to be the first helpful person and say he would discount this month so I don’t have to pay for it. We’ll see if it was finally taken care of when next month rolls around.

    I kept wondering why I wasreceiving email delinquency messages. Two years ago I ask to have my billing address changed. I learned yesterday that my service address was changed not billing. Thus, no bill and I have no idea about what would have happed if an alarm sounded. Unlike my “service location “ I live in a high rise with lots of alarms.

    Installation not good door contacts fall off will charge you to send tech out to fix sub par install. They want to send double side tape for you to fix. If contact is missing and you cam’t Send it back they charge to send another for you to do the repair.

    I notified Digital Life that I was moving from Miami to Tallahassee, Florida and I wanted my services moved. I was informed that Digital Life DOES NOT HAVE the capability of providing their services in that city. I was informed first that I would have to pay a cancellation of contract fee. I said how can that be IF you can’t give me service. They agreed, sent me a final bill after I had paid their final amount, which they confirmed balance at 0 after payment was received. At that time thought it is finished. NOt so, I received a paper bill to my Tallahassee address FROM AT&T, not Digital Life, from a mobile number and claiming payment of over $224 for services – no details, no explanation nothing. After calling AT&T billing and being sent even to the Fraud department (over 2 1/2 hours of being passed along), I was informed that I needed to reach out to Digital Life because they could not make any changes, but not to worry, all of their notes and personal communications with Digital Life would simply fix the problem if I called Digital Life at 855-288-2727. There were minimal erroneous notes and when I asked to speak to a Supervisor at Digital Life, I was put on hold. I have been on hold now for over 40 minutes without ANYONE coming back on the line. This is atrocious behavior both on ATT AND DIGITAL LIFE. I have kept records of the persons that I spoke today and have the paper confirmation. Yet, nobody cares. I am concerned that they will force me to pay for a service that they can’t provide by threatening me with collection. SHAME ON ATT for using these scammers, since I was informed that they are a contractor of ATT. Disgusting!!!!!

    The worse experience ever. They lie to you. They offer you products to lure you not to cancel but don’t deliver what they promised. They made me feel like I’m making things up to get products and services from them. They rely on their associate notes and the notes don’t show what they offer. They don’t care about their customer, all they care is that when you cancel, they’re get your money for nothing. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

    I have had this service for a year and a half – it is horrible. The contact sensors go ‘offline’ or register an ‘open’ alarm when they are not open. The cameras go offline at least once a day. Customer service is mostly ‘self’ service… unplug the battery and then plug it back in… they send out news contacts for the home owner to change, and mail the old ones back. It is a $99 charge is they have to come to the house. Terrible, terrible, terrible, in 6 months I will find another service.

    Terrible customer service. We have schedule now 3 appointments to have them come out and fix the system and all 3 have been a no show. There was no follow up or reschedule. I had to call to see what was going on and all they say is the tech is having issues (all 3 times) I have been waiting at my house now from 8am -12:30). Needless to say I am frustrated. Trying to get a supervisor on phone has been over 20 minutes.

    This is to be one of the worst experiences with a company. I mean they almost reach a level of Comcast, the worst business in the country. I got the system installed in my business not realizing it’s for homes only. After having issues I learned the system was for homes anyway. I cancelled because the system errors were not being fixed. Because the system was installed in a business my service was discontinued.

    I asked to have to system uninstalled. I was told I had to take the system down myself. They won’t provide assistance due to me not being a customer so now my business is locked with the door pad. We now have to pay someone to scale the building, go thru a window and unlock the door. We are also responsible for all . equipment although it never should have been installed. But they simply wanted a sale. BTW you must cancel quickly because they only give you some ridiculously short time frame to cancel like less than a month. BEWARE!!

    Customer service is not a word these people know. I have been on hold for 40 minutes today. This is the average time that you will stay on hold if you call customer service.
    I waited 4 months to get service on my control panel. I could not activate it from the control and the website was slow at times and I could not turn it off. So almost every day I got a call asking me why my alarm was going off.

    I wasted my time waiting at my house 7 times. 5 of those times they never showed and they said they did. One time they called me from New Orleans telling me they are on their way but they wanted to confirm my address. They then said oh ok they dispatched it to the wrong company. Then a moth later I had another appointment that was for 1-4. I waited and waited and then I come to find out the guy came at 9am. I asked them why he came at that time and they could not give me an answer. One other time this guy came to my house but he had the wrong number because again he was in the wrong neighborhood.
    Wasted money. Do not go with this company whatever you do. AT&T needs to hire more people and stop charging people for nothing.

    AT&T couldn’t get the home security/video survallence system to work correctly in my home. After 3 different technicians came to try and fix it I ended up cancelling the service since they could not get it to work. I then received a bill for early cancellation. Even though they could not provide the service they want me to pay them $145.00 for cancelling early… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… They are threatening to turn me into collections and damage my credit if I don’t pay them for a service they could not provide me.

    I have been a customer for a few years and called to cancel my service in April. Everything seemed to go fine until I received a collection call the other day. When I contacted them they said they did not show the notes cancelling my service so there was nothing they could do. I guess you have to go to their office and type your own notes. I will be cancelling my other AT&T services shortly.

    Avoid at all cost! Without question the weakest security system offering on the market. AT&T could not care less about the customer/consumer I’ve had my system for 2 years and from day one we have had problems with the installation and AT&T customer service is horrible. I have not set the alarm once, NOT ONCE since installation. The only thing that AT&T is motivated to do is to sign you up, then you are owned. I signed up with Directv at the same time and we were given a “free” phone. Free my _ _ _ ! I have been paying monthly installments ever since. I have spoken to at least a dozen AT&T and Directv personnel and each points the finger at the other. I have cancelled Digital life and paid the early termination fee as it is less than the remaining three monthly payments. I will be AT&T in the rear view mirror in October when the contract is up and the same goes with Directv, AT&T mobile (3 phones and 2 tablets.) I will be doing the same with my 90 year old parents AT&T accounts (Directv, AT&T mobile 2 phones and 4 tablets.) You know what blows my mind? …. they don’t care. Bubbye!

    AT&T is on very shaky legal ground with the way they set up accounts. For example, on a property owned by two people, they allowed one person to set themselves as the account owner with exclusive access to the codes and monitoring. It is not legal in this country for a third party to bar a property owner access to their own property. To get access to the property they required that the owner have the ‘code’ that only one owner had. And in addition, they require a physical visit to the property to change a ‘billing’ chip in the system to complete the change of account ownership. This practice is extremely questionable and I would never ever recommend this service.

    We have subscribed to AT&T Digital Life for the past year and have experienced numerous issues to include equipment & service failure, billing issues and customer care. We bundled all services (cell phones, internet, DirecTV, phone and AT&T Digital Life security serviceswith out local AT&T store just to find out that representatives AT&T Digital Life security services did not recognize bundled services or honor the discounts promised. It’s been down hill ever since. Shop around and stay clear of AT&T.

    The service never worked. Their site would never load making it impossible to view live stream I paid for. Finally canceled 6 months after the issue was never resolved. I refuse to pay for canceling a service that never worked that they had no success in repairing. I should be remembered for the service I paid for that was never delivered.

    I have Digital Life and it has worked maybe two months total over the past year and a half. They told me I needed a MyQ to add my garage door opener to the system. I bought a new garage door opener, paid to have it installed and then they said it was not compatible. I have had multiple technicians out and they blame someone or something every time they enter. I let them drill more holes in the house to make better “connections” to the internet. I let them reroute the main system into the center of my house to make the connection “better”. Now my thermostat doesn’t work off the hard wiring (and this was the only part that worked mostly) and they blame my system for being a Trane and there are incompatibility issues with Trane and Carrier units. What?!? Honesty up front would be key. My system has not been used in months and today when I had enough I escalated it to a supervisor. After holding for almost an hour, the agent said the Supervisor told her I was the next call and as soon as she finished her current call, she would call me back. Guess what – no call back. I am going to cancel my contract and pay the cancellation fee because I will save money not paying the $70/month for the few months I have left with a faulty system. I would NEVER recommend them. They even told me I needed to switch my internet provider to them so I would have a solid internet connection. Long story after cancelling my previous service they found after trying for two weeks that they could not in fact provide me internet service as my lot is too big! Wow.

    I have called in several times for a touch screen pad. Almost a month ago. I call in today and was told they were on back order but was never told that the 3 times I have called before. I was satisfied with this service but now it get a big 0! I pay my bill on time, had this service over a few years along with other at&t services. Very disappointed customer. Looking to switch services quickly.

    Do not get this service. They gauge your eyes out.
    They never had a policy where if you decide to move from a home to another you pay $550 for a transfer. They just decided to add this after two years of me having business with them. Oh and to cancel it was $350.

    Not worth all the money especially if you move a lot or period.
    Customer service is ridiculous. Tried to speak with a manager 3 times and they would answer but never say anything.

    Never again. And digital life is just as worse as the service on cell phones. They just want your money.

    The app for Digital is TERRIBLE. I constantly receive error messages. It never allows me to use my thumbprint to sign in although it’s set up that way. When you call in to complain about it everyone says they can’t help. The social media customer service team will start helping me then disappear & never come back. Overall it’s just too expensive to not be receiving A1 service. I had someone at my house 3 times in 2 months because various devices on my system would stop working.

    The reps at the stores lie all the time. Do not sign up this company is the worst. I was talked into it at the store and my main concern was that I was moving in 6 months and my new landlord might not let me have it installed. If you’re renting you need permission from your landlord to have it installed. The rep assured me multiple times that there would be no issue if my landlord wouldn’t let me install the system because Digital life wouldn’t force me to keep paying for a system that I wouldn’t be able to have installed in my home. I ended up moving a year later and my landlord wouldn’t let me have anything drilled in the walls. I call up Digital life and they tell me I have a $400 early termination fee to pay and just because I can’t have the system installed in my home, it doesn’t mean i’m out of my contract. I go back to the store to see the rep and he tells me he would never say anything like that… Fast forward to another year later, I’m out of contract and have been paying this stupid bill for no reason. I call to cancel and they tell me only a special department can cancel my account and they’re only open monday – friday 8-5pm but eastern time… This department is only open when people are working typical hours and I can’t cancel after work or before work. I’m literally going to have to take a full day off to cancel this stupid system that hasn’t been used in over a year. I asked to speak to a manager, they transferred me to the manager after a 45 minute hold. The second they pick up the phone I hear someone talking and laughing and then click. They treat you like crap. On another note, one of the women I work with had the system installed over a year ago. Her house got broken into and she saw the guy in her cameras but her alarm never went off. She found out her installer never set up the sensors on the doors or windows… If you need this stupid system make sure you get everything in writing, the reps are shady and just trying to make quick money because they are paid on commission.

    1.. Missed multiple days of work, just to have the appointment cancelled
    2. 3 No shows by the tech
    3. We had 6 alarms that were triggered and the monitoring center contacted no one
    4. After open heart surgery we had asked to place the service on hold for 2 months. Instead they cancelled the service rendering the equipment useless. I will need to purchase a new thermostat and bypass the system. The heat and humidity do not help my recovery.

    I purchased a burger alarm system from AT&T digital life company in February of 2017. It replaced a burglar alarm system which I had in my home for the previous 5 years. I wanted to update my home security system and chose digital life services.

    The original installation took about five hours. Upon finishing the install, I found that holes were placed in my walls for the security box and plug electrical sockets without my permission. I felt that they should have informed me of any holes that would be placed in the walls. However, it appeared that the system worked and was fully functional when the tech left my home. Wires were all over my dining room and was told someone else would be back out to fixed them.

    During that time, I had my brother in law stay a few nights and did not use the burglar alarm, because my brother in law smokes and kept going in and out the house. When he left a few days afterwards the alarm did not work. However, I did not contact the company because my grandma fell very ill and had to empty her house and move her in our home. We have paperwork of this issue as well as proof.

    Once we got everything settled, we decided to address the alarm issue. In looking at the control panel, we found that a hole was drilled into the wall socket and no longer worked. We then called AT&T digital life for service. The tech came out and stated that they do not work on wall sockets and informed us that there was a service charge. We were concerned about the charge and the tech stated that if he didn’t arrive at our house we would not be charged an service fee. We agreed and he left. A few weeks later I called digital life back and tried to make a service call. I spoke with customer service, who also agreed that I had never used the alarm one time and reversed all my charges that had occurred during the timeframe I had the alarm. They also informed me that because it was after the 30 day grace period we would not be able to cancel our services without a penalty- This was in May of 2017. I asked to speak to manager who informed me that he would send out a tech to look at the system. In speaking with the manger I told him that the previous tech said they could not move the system anywhere else in my house when he originally installed it. The second tech stated he did not work on plugs. However, kept trying to send a tech to my house and for what? He could not fix the plug, or move the box, and we did not want to be charged a service fee. In the meantime I hired an electrician who stated that the plug did not work because of the alarm system and should contact them before I fixed it.

    The manager was nice at first and when we could not come to an conclusion of how to handle the situation, became mad and so did I, because of his attitude and his unwillingness to help me with this problem.

    In speaking to the manager, I informed him of all the information that I had:
    original installer stated that there was no where else in the house that the system could go.
    2nd installer said they don’t work on plugs and are not electricians.
    I just wanted my system to work!

    So even though I had hired digital life, I did not have a burglar alarm. My house during this time was broken into and even though I had digital alarm services had no proof of what happened. The alarm system included a key pad at my side door, with an security camera to record who comes in and out of my home. I have nothing because I trusted my home and family to digital life services. In relaying this to the manager found that he became even more upset and stated since I could not accept any of his suggested fixes for my problem – he stated to enjoy my security camera and door lock and he was going to hang up on me and he did. One month later, even after the customer service rep made my balance 0… my account was closed and sent to collections! They will no longer speak to me concerning my bill, refused payments and demanding I pay $800.00 for a system that has never worked!!!! Even when I stated I would pay for the months going forward until it could be fixed was turned down. Now they are only demanding over $800.00 for a faulty system.

    My wife, was a part of the incidence that occurred at our home…. she could have died and the end result is: we trusted our home and family with a security home protection plan to protect us and it did not! It did even work one day… and my home was placed in harms way. The tech who came out stated that the plug probably did not work before the tech left and was running on the backup battery and when it ran out the system shut down. We never received a call from the alarm company, but one time when I open the box and did t know how to close it back. No one ever called to even see why my alarm was off line. My old alarm always contacted us when they saw a problem. Further, after about 3 service calls our system was cancelled.

    In having my alarm for only a few months found that I had made the wrong choice of choosing digital life. They didn’t care not one bit about the safety of my home or my family. If needed we can try to obtain the police report for this situation, as it is still being investigated. It would have been solved if we had video of who came into our home that day. My wife has suffered because of this issue and no longer feels safe in our home. We have not been able to get another alarm because of the $800 placed on our credit report. Attached I will show pictures of how they originally left my home after the install:

    hole in walls without permission
    Wires scattered all over the floor/ had to get a big box to hide them
    Poor customer
    service techs who proudly say they don’t work directly for the company, making them not accountable for their work.
    Poor customer service reps who gives wrong information and have attitudes.
    The company has too many departments and send u all over to get help.

    In researching this part of ATT have found that they give limited resources out for digital life portion of their company. When u call them they withhold any information when trying to go higher to get answers. The internet has limited resources on this part of the company and find many people searching for the same information as me.
    Today all we ask is to gain our peace of mind back and release us from the $800 so we may get another alarm system that works. In trying to reach the company we have called too many times to name, we have told them our problem several times, including placing our information on att digital board for help. They just keep saying they called us and we have not received not one phone call!

    AT&T digital is the worse service out there. They customer service never try to help customer and after 2 years of contract, if you cancel a day before your end of contract day, they will charge you a cancellation fee. If you cancel on the last day of the contact, they will automatically charge you for the next month. So either way, you are screw and AT&T gets more money from you, no matter what. This company is all about the money, and they service is not even that reliable, go with somebody else.

    Customer service does not advise you that when you move svc that they void your contract & they start you up with a new 2-yr contract. I believe that’s important & Information they should disclose.

    I brought the Svc with me at my current address because I knew I had another yr contract. When I move again next week if I take this Svc with me, that means another 2-yr contract. I signed up for 2 yrs only!!

    I advised that it was almost time for my 2-yr contract to expire & that I was moving this month & wanted to cancel. That’s when I was advised I still had another yr on my contract & almost $400.00 cancellation fees.

    I believe they should’ve informed me about the new contract last year. All Shauna wanted to talk about was the discount of $8.00 that I could get. When I move again that means another 2-yr contract. I requested to speak to a supervisor & was informed they were not available. This company is misleading & has poor customer svc. I requested my svc be cancelled immediately. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They are deceitful & trap you in a svc you no longer want!!!

    We have had AT&T for two years. Yesterday a truck for At&t showed up at our house. We did not order them to come out. The camera stopped working while this random stranger was at our house for 30 mintures. They can not tell me if it was dispatched, who this person was, and are putting us on hold for 3 days. Oh by the way, did I mentiond we were once robbed. I got them to feel secure, yet they are absolutely no help The securitiy is sub par. We have had other companies who respoond wayyyyy faster. Stay away…we are going to cancel

    Horrible horrible horrible.
    I received a call from ATT , I called back they said my husband had called and they had released some information I said I have no one else on the account and what information did you release. Also the system has never worked correctly, the phone app (iPhone) crashes or is non working more than 50% of the time.
    I told them I wanted to cancel my service, they said no problem, I did not have a contract, then “transferred” me to another department except my call was disconnected.
    When I called back the next day suddenly I have a contract, and it will be over $500 dollars to cancel.

    After having Digital Life for a few years, we found that moving our service to another provider was not only cheaper but better. I called to cancel our service and I was told that it wouldn’t cancel for another month. I told them I didn’t want to pay for another month and our reps said that was policy. I talked to 3 different people, including a ‘supervisor’. I paid what was due prior to that month being over and when that month was over they charged me an extra $120. I was told repeatedly to pay it on the app, they locked me out of the app. Customer service would only tell me that the extra charge was for the service. Now I’m in collections because I didn’t owe that money. Please save yourself time, money and headaches and look elsewhere.

    Was a Digital Life customer for 2 years and have to move. They told me to hire a handy man to take down my old equipment and they will close my account at the old house and will open a new account at the new house AND that they will have to charge me $350 for new equipment, bad bad business practices. And of course they are charging me a early termination fee to no fault of my own.

    Never Had an issue until service was disconnected, divorced and forgot to pay bill. paid balance and tried to reconnect service. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THE EQUIPMENT AGAIN!!!! THAT I ALREADY HAVE AND PAID FOR!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS LONG. I AM CANCELING MY ATT INTERNET, TV, AND CELL PHONES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.     Was told I could cancel on April 1st, I then get a COLLECTIONS bill in early May saying I am in arrears $90.21 and they are sending me to collections. When I called I was told it was due to short payments????? I pay my bill in full every month. Just terrible customer service and they just plain out lied to me. Now I either pay the $90.21 I do not owe, or it goes on my credit. I may just leave AT &T cell phone service too. I’m a good customer but will leave when lied and cheated.

    The customer service for digital life is HORRIBLE. When you call they keep you on hold for a long time, then you can hardly understand what they are saying. They were not willing to work with their customers to satisfy them so they lost a valuable customer.

    Wanted service to end at the end of contract do to poor service, they billed me for 4 more months due to nonpayment. Talked to customer service and they will not reverses the fees and sent me to a collection agency. Poor customer service, with a language barrier to boot. Would not recommend them to anyone. Cancelling my phone service as well.

    AT& T digital Life was the worst security system I ever purchased. There customer service will lie to you and then when you want to cancel they hit you with the cancellation fee. The service from the moment of installation was a nightmare. First, was the security door lock which locked my entire family out of home due to the lock not working properly,.
    approximately two days after it was installed. Called customer service there was nothing they could do to get us access to home,so they informed us to contact lock smith and that they would reimburse us. So we did call lock smith and the next day they inform us they would not reimburse us. I wanted to cancel service at this point when they informed me that I would be subject to an early cancellation fee. So, I tried to work with them and they came out a changed the lock on the door, which still never worked properly. Secondly we notice that the system would read not arming. So we called again and they told us nothing was wrong we just had to pull the panel box off the wall and it would reset. The last and final problem was when we walked in the house and we failed to disarm the system. We noticed an hour later that we did not disarm the system and that the system never went off. Again we called and AT&T keeps lying could do nothing and threatens with early cancellation fees. The camera does not record, and a thief can completely burglarize your home and AT&T will still keep charging you for a system that does not work at all. So, they can charge me for the early cancellation fee, I will see them in court because I am the consumer and nobody should have to pay for a security system that absolutely does not work. It let’s thieves in a totally locks you out. Worst security system ever made.

    Very poor system. App seldom works correctly and recorded videos are difficult to view. They will not download even to a connected computer. 5 months to go and I can’t wait to dump them. Customer service insists you be home to fix issues. If I was home all the time I wouldn’t need security systems.

    Terrible overpriced product. System shows we need to replace battery (2-3 time). After finally reaching someone in customer service told to reset the system meaning I will have to get extra tall ladder to reach the system.. I am too old for this . Also shows several doors & windows off line; beepers stopped working on two doors. Camera shows a delayed image not live. Not always able to get online to pay bill or reach website.

    Have a inside camera that stopped working last year and they fixed it. Several months later it stopped working AGAIN. Came out to check it out and told us they can NOT fix it.
    So I’m paying for service that does not work.
    Customer service is really poor. You spend hours on the phone with no call back and nothing fixed or??? Very poor service. I guess I’m going to have to go to another service.

    Ok so when it was installed I was pleased with the system. After 2 weeks parts started falling off all over my house. These DIY pieces they install are cheaply made and do not stick properly, so all my sensors on windows are constantly falling off. This actually set my alarm off 3 separate occasions. Not one time did the digital life team call my phone to verify there was not an emergency. The tablet that comes with it does not function. It freezes constantly and glitches often. This is by far the biggest mistake my household has made letting these yahoos set this garbage system up in my home. I don’t even want the equipment any longer but was told its “mine”. Customer service is atrocious, quality of system is atrocious, billing department has their head up their back side. This system is not worth the money, find a different carrier.

    I’m moving and called to cancelled sevice but wait to long in line and transfer me to 3 time another line and ask me same question . That day i dont have time to waiting and call back later but samething transfer a lot and hold very long then finally i can cancel and received an email.but I still have charge I tried to access my account online on a desktop and also but can not
    It mean I gonna contract them again so bad

    Consumer beware!!! Before opting for this security system read all the reviews. While it is a clean and user friendly system it does not work to its contract agreement. Within the first year I had service out 3 times. The cameras did not record any data and I was told it was the sensor and it would correct the issue. The cameras spent 6 months without recording any data from that service on. I only discovered this because of neighborhood burglaries that prompted me to look at my clips. To my surprise nothing has recorded. Out of fear I decided to look at the live stream during my graveyard shift and realized that some of the streaming was in day time while others were filming at night. As you can imagine I immediately discontinued service and have been fighting for credit of a disconnection fee for product that does not function properly.

    Despite employees promising to fix account, despite recording employees numbers, they continue with harassment. This company lies while pretending to want to assist. You willl literally spend hours on phone calls in which they will transfer you to hold for .. right now 54 min and call still not picked up by so called supervisors.DISHONEST,ANTAGONISTIC,POOR SERVICE!
