    ATT digital should NOT be in the service of protecting people’s homes and families. My equipment has not worked one too many times for something unfortunate to happen in our home.     AT& T digital Life was the worst security system I ever purchased. There customer service will lie to you and then when you want to cancel they hit you with the cancellation fee. The service from the moment of installation was a nightmare. First, was the security door lock which locked my entire family out of home due to the lock not working properly,. approximately two days after it was installed. Called customer service there was nothing they could do to get us access to home,so they informed us to contact lock smith and that they would reimburse us. So we did call lock smith and the next day they inform us they would not reimburse us. I wanted to cancel service at this point when they informed me that I would be subject to an early cancellation fee. So, I tried to work with them and they came out a changed the lock on the door, which still never worked properly. Secondly we notice that the system would read not arming. So we called again and they told us nothing was wrong we just had to pull the panel box off the wall and it would reset. The last and final problem was when we walked in the house and we failed to disarm the system. We noticed an hour later that we did not disarm the system and that the system never went off. Again we called and AT&T keeps lying could do nothing and threatens with early cancellation fees. The camera does not record, and a thief can completely burglarize your home and AT&T will still keep charging you for a system that does not work at all. So, they can charge me for the early cancellation fee, I will see them in court because I am the consumer and nobody should have to pay for a security system that absolutely does not work.     After calling more than three times to complain that the install was awful they also had the service address wrong. They never installed the smoke alarm. At least with other companies I can use the alarm after it is cut off. They want me to pay a cancellation fee and the alarm is useless, not unlike the service you will get from them.

    We have had horrible issues since the system was installed, multiple sensors would fail at the same time and tech support couldn’t figure it out. Most of the time the security alarm wouldn’t activate due to issues with various sensors. I called to cancel service since we were moving out of state and my average wait time was 90+ minutes for 3 days in a row. Absolutely horrible customer service! We are so glad to finally stop wasting our money on a sub-par home convenience system- this is definitely not a home security system since it barely works!

    Att Digital Life system is worst system ever created. They have the worst customer service and monitoring system in the industry. I unplugged my system for 1 week and no one ever contacted me to find out why they are not receiving feedback from my system. My family could have been in danger, and no one ever called. Needless to say, I terminated my contract due to improper monitoring of my system and I am disputing the early termination fee.

    DON”T BUY THIS SERVICE! My daughter’s installation appointment for Friday was cancelled because I did not confirm text messages/telephone voice messages that i NEVER received! I got.exactly one call (the voicemail was garbled) and one e-mail ceremonially welcoming me and lauding my forthcoming appointment with no mention made that I needed to confirm. With children in college, my phone is ALWAYS handy and NO messages go unseen. We moved her in on Friday night and my daughter lives alone and NEEDS this service. She has NO carbon monoxide protection and NO security.. I called again tonight to try to get help and did not YELL or SWEAR, and they hung up on me! What kind of shoddy customer service is that? I was asking for help! I have NEVER, EVER been treated like that. They were UNAPOLOGETIC and not worthy of my business. Unfortunately, my hands are tied and I am in a contract. I have NO voice and no one cared enough to work overtime to keep my daughter safe or take any steps out of their beaten path to make me a satisfied customer and do the RIGHT thing. If I can find anything else, I will get out of this contract. even if I have to retain an attorney or contact a local TV station. I did not pay for this service for my entertainment but for my daughters safety! I am currently WAITING, WAITING for her rescheduled install more than two weeks away from the original and my child is NOT SAFE!

    I was misled up front on the cost.

    The installation was a mess. Smoke detector is supposed to be 1’ from the ceiling – it was 4’ down. Glass break sensor placed in the LR where it couldn’t be missed instead of locating behind something. Both had to be moved, leaving holes in the wall that I had to repair. He installed the door lock. After he left, the door couldn’t be locked – not even manually! I had to change out the striker plate to fix – couldn’t wait a week for them to come back..

    The original outdoor camera went off line for hours every day. They finally replaced it – this one only goes off line a few times a week.

    The central control unit sometimes sends out a loud alarm, even in the middle of the night. The support center says it’s due to radio interference. They said they’d send a tech with a “spectrum analyzer” to check it out. The tech arrived and said he couldn’t do anything without a spectrum analyzer and they weren’t allowed to have them. They’ve been here about a dozen times and blamed a remote thermometer located outside. I brought it in and placed it next to the unit and didn’t get an alarm for a week. They are grasping at straws.

    IMO, the most serious issue: the system is not pro-actively monitored. Your system can stop working for weeks while you’re away and they won’t notice. If you call them, they can see that it’s unavailable and maybe see a reason why but it’s up to you to call them to report the problem.

    This digital life product stinks. It has not worked for months. 6 service dallas and cannot fix. Cameras never record. There no longer is visual proof that the alarm is set. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

    Terrible customer service. On hold for over 20 minutes every time you call to talk to someone. When you do they read from a script and won’t deviate from the script. If you ask to speak to someone else, it’s the same script. Waited over a month to get service on a move and I kept calling back because nobody called me. Was stuck and couldn’t cancel because of early termination fee. Then they put me on another 24 month service contract. I can’t win – I can’t believe I am stuck with them!!!!! Nobody wants to help you.

    The product is too bulky and tear up your walls. Technician couldn’t get the sensors right and was there all day. He left without getting it right. We had to call and talk to a technician who helped us and my husband figured that there was an extra sensor that was not ours and needed to inactivate so we can put our alarm on. Where did this sensor come from?

    Equipment not compatible with our a.c. unit and our garage door opener, we gave called to get system removed but they kept sending a tech out, tech said that there system is not compatible with our a.c. unit or garage door opener, it voided our warranty on our a.c. unit, now they say we own 800 dollars constellation fee, we have to change batteries in our thermostat ever two days, so we have decided to get a lawyer to handle this cause they want hear what we have to say, they suck, we are going back to back to vivant. We was jyst trying to consolidate all our accounts with at&t and direct tv internet all in one bill, wrong thing to do now I can’t up grade my cell phone until we pay 800 dollars cancellation fee

    CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PROGRAM SHOULD BE TRASHED. BILLING ME FOR ANOTHER MONTH AND I SOLD MY HOUSE PREVIOUS MONTH, EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AFTER 2 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS. OVER SEASON 3RD PARTY REPS REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME TO A AMERICAN SUPERVISOR. DONT BUY AT&T DIGITAL LIFE…IT IS A LIFE SENTENCE WITH HIDDEN FEES!!! 4 PHONE CALLS LATER AND STILL UNRESOLVED!!!!!

    Horrible….think again if you believe that your system is monitoring for fire….nope you have to purchase another pkg. for that. I’m not sure if I believe that the police are, yet I’m paying for it. Tried to cancel and there is a crazy fee. I am not confident at all that if something were to happen that this system would help.

    Camera rarely picked anything up or picked up every minute for hours on end, technician came out several times. Reduced field so that the trees wouldn’t set it off, the field of motion was so small it couldn’t even pick up someone walking in the yard.
    Every vacation we took there always seemed to be something that would take it offline. They expected me to have my senior citizen neighbor go in and try to find the equipment to hit the reset.
    Stopped recording a man getting out his car in my driveway, stopped recording for 15 minutes until he was leaving my driveway.
    We moved and disconnected the wifi, they called 2 weeks later saying they weren’t getting a signal from our equipment.
    Won’t let us out of the contract due to poor equipment and service. Majority of the time I try to pay my bill the app is not working properly and if you call they charge a fee to pay by phone. Horrible service all the way around. STAY AWAY!

    Faulty installation, doors sensors never stay in place. Not worth the price. Poor customer service not knowledgeable of their product to answer questions in regard to billing. Enough to make me cancel all other att services and I have had their cell phone service for over 20 years! Do not get alarm system with this company in less you like paying a lot of money for a useless alarm.

    I was lied to and mislead about the cost of this system when I signed up for AT&T internet, telephone and DirecTV. I was repeated told this was a part of my services package for a total monthly charge of $155 for the first 2 years. That’s an outright lie; it’s separate billing and is a separate and very expensive charge at $59.97/month.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I NEED TO TRANSFER SERVICES TO MY NEW PLACE AND I GET TRANSFERRED TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE (HAVING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF TO EACH PERSON) ONLY FOR THE LAST AGENT TO TELL ME THEYLL PUT THE REQUEST IN AND SOMEONE COULD CALL BACK ANYWHERE BETWEEN 48-72 HOURS TO SET UP THE REQUEST. I AM A 15+ YEARS ATT CUSTOMER AND DIGITAL LIFE IS BY FAR THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    If your planning on getting this service look somewhere else.
    In February of 2015 I contacted for this service ever since I got my camera has never worked more then 3 days consecutively
    . I had the service department out at least 15 times to no avail still doesn’t work. This week I set up another service call for today Friday the 28th. . Yesterday they told me to make sure I was home on Friday between 8am and 12pm today they called me and said they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t make it, After complaining they set another for between1 and 4 pm ( let’s see if they show up) then I get a phone call say I need a $99.00 co pay for a camera that never worked .

    Let’s talk about customer service how many times can a customer get hanged up on ? It happens a lot the warning sign is I’ll transfer you yea right .

    I never write reviews, but this time wanted to share what I believe is the most unprofessional and dishonest customer service I experienced ever. I was (and apparently still am) a Digital Life customer for about two years. We have moved to the new house with hope that Digital Life will be relocated as well. Unfortunately there is no ATT signal in that area which was confirmed by AT&T. We canceled the service 6 months ago and tried to close the account. Tried and tried. Closed it two times already, however, the account was reactivated again and again. Long story short, we are on the third round trying to cancel the account going through multiple departments, hours of phone calls and promises that “this is your final bill”. I feel it will never end and we will be forced to pay forever for the service that does not exist. And good luck to anyone who tries to find a representative who can actually talk about the subject and does not just read the scripts.

    Don’t have access to change info, service always report errors. When alarm goes off it takes too much time for company to call. Customer services lines always busy hold wait over 20 minutes. If an emergency occurs the alarm that goes off is where you better be prepared because this company will not respond in a timely manner.

    I just had at&t DigitalLife installed yesterday, it hasn’t been 24 hours yet and my camera is reading off line!! Tried to troubleshoot and it still doesn’t work. I have to wait for 3 days before a tech can come back out. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for 45 mins before I hung up ?.. The keypad has a delay so I have to stand there and wait to see if ithe system is going to arm or disarm. It takes up 4 outlets throughout my house. This system is horrible! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Canceling since I’m still within my 2 weeks trial period.

    Terrible. I have had problems with Digital Life since it was installed 7 months ago. First the push button key lock was unlocking with any one number (scary). Could not use the app to control the system and door lock. Have had to pay $99.00 for technician visits when the problem was with the equipment.

    The equipment has too many bulky items the keypad has not got any options like the other company it was quite a bit better… I can’t wait to get out of this contract except I am sure we will have to redo and paint our walls not happy at all!

    If someone offers you a very good deal with AT&T Digital Life, run the other way. I have had nothing but trouble with their digital lock. They had trouble on the day they installed the system and I wish I had paid better attention. On February 14, 2017 I ended up with a lock that didn’t work and spent the whole day attempting to get it fixed. The long and short I lost a very expensive day of work. I went to highers ups in the company after this due to the horrendous experience I had and they reassured me that the lock would not fail again.Today the lock failed again. I was fed platitude after platitude, but no results. Their solution was to send someone next week and have me take more time off. I was dealing with an overseas supervisor who was reading a script and didn’t take time to really listen. So I called back and requested someone else. They finally agreed to send someone after my work time and I’m left with a faulty door that doesn’t work. They told me not worry because the rest of the system worked. So hopefully no one waltzes in and helps themselves to whatever appeals to them in my home. I’ve been told I have a platinum customer rating as I have several other AT&T services. If this is the case, then I would hate to see how I was treated with a lower rating. AT&T used to have superb customer service, but during the last year this and other problems with their services have convinced me that as my contracts end, I will look elsewhere for a better company(ies) to met my needs.

    Terrible customer service, agents are not very knowledgeable on their products or contract issues. Limited options when you decide to sell your home, NON-TRANSFERRABLE to the buyer of your home. Makes you pay cancellation fees even if you are building a home after your move and don’t have anywhere to place the equipment. DO NOT recommend this company or service to anyone!

    No customer service period. We had all their services at the house we were renting. Digital life was fine at that location then we bought a house, just 2 miles from our original address and we moved all our services to our new address. It has been a nightmare. What they failed to tell us was that uverse internet was not available in the new area. A year later and the brain going out twice we have been told by two service techs from At&t and a neighbor that worked for the company 20 years that it will never work with another internet company. They refuse to let us out of our contract and the service never works and now they refuse to come out and fix it without a charge. We will be seeing them in court .

    Digital Life would be ideal if it lived up to its sales promise. The app is slow to respond on my iPhone and wait times for customer service are excessive — picture being on hold for 20 minutes while your alarm is sounding and the camera view won’t show so you race home from work in a panic, terrified that you’re about to walk in on a robbery! I promised on all that’s holy that I would find another alarm provider when I moved. But dagnabbit, they offered to lower the price (since it was already overpriced), and it was convenient considering all my other AT&T services … and I’m still miserably with sucky old AT&T.

    Terrible Customer Service, and horrible experience overall. Each month we are having issues with out billing which ends up 30+ min on the phone with a representative that cannot understand the situation. Last time I called, I was so experienced I told her exactly what she needed to do to get the system working again.

    – the door would not unlock, got locked out of the house couple of times
    – The technician they sent was clueless, he was at my house for 8 hours trying to complete
    – When I called to make a payment, they told me it was complete….but it wasn’t
    – When I tried to cancel, because their system was not working. I was asked to pay the 500$ fee.

    As soon as my contract is over, I am done with this company. My other family members are also having the same issues and they will also end their business with them as soon as contract is up.

    We have used AT&T digital life for a year and a half, and have found that anything they promise verbally, winds up being untrue when you really counted on it. We’ve had consistent issues (service interruptions, constant app issues, our unit being offline for MONTHS now, techs mis-scheduling appointments, appointments being canceled without contact). Now that my husband has received orders moving us out of state we are trying to cancel. Apparently we cannot do that, so when we pursued possibly moving service to our new house, we were told we have to sign a new 2 year contract??? NO, we were SPECIFICALLY told we could either cancel or at least finish out our 2 year contract if he received military orders. But we didn’t get this in writing, so shame on us. Their customer service is not outright rude, and at least mostly speak good English, but they do not listen to understand nor do they care to help out beyond what their script says to say next. We will NEVER use them again. They get a 1 because at least almost all the time when the alarm has gone off they contact us.

    Tried to call someone to talk to them about my AT&T digital life alarm system they never offer to send a technician out to see about they equipment. the key pad don’t work. the camera is not work they disconnected my smoke alarm system for 4 mos now i bring paying for something that not work. Today kept me on hold several times throughout to that day. frustrated no satisfied . Ask to talk to a supervisor several times. well like turn them into the better business bureau.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…and I’m a cancer survivor. The customer service and billing departments are horrible. I spent no less than one hour of the phone (most of it on hold) when speaking with customer service. I spoke with someone in Jamaica, The Bahamas, and wherever Sergio lives. I did manage to speak to a field representative once in Atlanta. I’m in Texas. The first bills were completely inaccurate. It was finally worked out and then I moved. I finally canceled the service after learning they were creating a new account for me instead of transferring my service. This would mean additional billing issues. They would send me a cancellation fee for the original service and charge me for a new setup. This is their style and tactic to make it appear as “billing errors.” In the end, I paid for it.

    Regarding the actual system, when the Internet service is down the system shut off without any warning, no beep, nothing. It just turned off multiple times in the middle of the night and we did not know we weren’t protected. Twice, the alarm went off. I never received a phone call or alert from Digital Life. The police never appeared. The system does not work. The only reason I was going to transfer my service was so I didn’t have to pay the cancellation fee. However, I was going to be required to sign a new 2-year contract. I canceled and will pay the $346.63 they are charging me to get away from these people. I am also contacting Greg Abbott, the Texas Attorney General, and inquire about deceptive trade practices.

    This division of AT&T needs a complete overhaul of its product, customer service, and billing departments. The shoddy work is inexcusable and I strongly believe I was misinformed. Read the fine print carefully. They are not selling a true security monitoring system. We switched to ADT.

    We have Digit-life since January 30, 2017, we’ve called customer service TWELVE times. The last call was today, on hold for over 20 minutes and never reached a rep. My sensors go off line numerous times during the day and night. Today I wanted to leave my home, set the keypad to AWAY, and the alarm was going off. Tried to reset the keypad, tried again and still the alarm sounded. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS HORRIBLE and we cannot break the contract.     When we moved, I figured I’d transfer our services, not realizing the new home already was wired with ADT. BUT we were locked into a NEW contract, as that is the first thing they do, pull your credit and lock you back in. Why do they do this? Because they know they are TERRIBLE.

    We had an installer come, he literally moved as slow as molasses, wasting no less than 6 hours at the house, maybe 8 – it destroyed my entire day waiting on him to finish. WORST, he didn’t get it right. I finally determined the problem (later) was that he literally wired an electrical circuit to the point it was flickering on/off (a bit scary).

    Anyway, I wanted the camera repositioned, as he had put it in a stupid spot and it never worked anyway, prior to MY OWN resolution at least. I made an appointer 8am-12pm and requested a different technician.

    Naturally, the SAME technician called at 9:30am and said he was STILL at another job OVER an hour away. So, he was definitely not going to make the appointment. But, hey, they don’t care, because I tried to cancel — $600+. LOCKED IN.

    AT&T exemplifies the worst of what a big corp can become. The other day they had door to door salesmen come to our home selling their terrible Internet service (and it is terrible, I mean the worst – everyone in the know, knows that). We have Fiber-To-The-Home here, one of the reasnos I moved here, and so since they have to actually COMPETE, they try these dirty tricks. Their trick is to get people to think they are saving a small amount of money the FIRST YEAR for MUCH WORSE service, while they lock them in a contract and later jack up services. I was upset at them because I live in a neighborhood of a lot of retirees who didn’t know better and I told them, “I’ll follow you around and inform people of the truth!”. The guy had the nerve of talking back to me (on my own porch, mind you, while doing unsolicited sales) saying ‘come on then!’. The lady with him left him in the car at the neighbors, so I guess he got in trouble for that.

    Point is: DO NOT sign into ANY contract with AT&T. Do not let your parents or grandparents sign up either. Tell any door to door salesmen (doubt they exist outside areas where they have real competition like here) to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.

    Back to MyDigitalLife – WORST crap ever conceived for the highest price ever charged. And if you dare do anything internal, do YOU trust AT&T with your privately recorded videos stored on THEIR cloud? I sure as heck don’t.

    Not honest when selling the product at the ATT store. Prices change when installation is being performed. Long wait for customer support calls, the support people are trained to say to fix the system yourself online if if are retired and have time to sit home and figure out how to reconfigure the system. I suspect that customer service is located overseas where the conversation only goes in 1 direction, do it your self or pay more monet for us to fix the system you are locked into paying for 2 years. Do Not Buy This Secutity System!

    WE HAVE HAD AT & T DIGITAL ALARM FOR ALMOST AS YEAR, INSTALLER CAME OUT ON SATURDAY AND INSTALLED SYSTEM AND WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, FRIENDLY, VERY PERSONABLE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CALLED ME ONCE AND INFORMED MY ALARM WAS GOING OFF.. OUT SCHNAUZER HAD SET IT OFF. THEY CAME OUT AND MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS ON THE MOTION DETECTOR AND CALLED ME ONCE THAT MY GARAGE DOOR WAS OPEN. I THINK THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.

    Well, Digital Life has drained me of mine. While the standard security things like door and window sensors seem to work fine, the cameras have never worked more than a few days at a time. The tech just left after getting them back on line for the millionth time but now they won’t record anything. Live chat is down. On their forum it seems like most of the cameras don’t work/won’t record and there are no solutions posted. The bottom line seems to be get rid of Digital Life.

    This is by far the WORST of the worst security company that I have ever had in my life! We called several times to cancel and had to speak to representative in Jamaica, Texas, and still could not cancel. I ATT should begin to take responsibility for ATT Digital. Shame on ATT!

    Messed up my AC and heating system with bad wiring! Techs dont show up to appointments! This company is only good for passing the blame from one employee to another. Cameras go offline a lot and also smart plugs. Bad bad service DO NOT get this system!

    Had them install 2 cameras. 2 months later, our car was broken into right in fron of our new outdoor camera. It picked up absolutely nothing! Not even a shadow. no clear view of anything at all! this was the only reason we installed them – car burgleries. service was 100% absent. att did nothing to resolve the issue. we canceled and got ADP as we should have initially. Do not use ATT for security!

    RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I am on hold at this very moment with “customer service” and have been for over 30MINS!! After about 6mos. of service and countless complaints about their ARCHAIC equipment, Digital Life suspended my account for lack of payment..because they stopped sending the bill! I was contacted around 5mos. later about the bill and asked that they send me a bill so it could be paid. No disputes..just send. the. bill. Never received another call NOR THE BILL!!! Instead what I got was a Letter of Collections for $500+ for “cancellation of service” after THEY cancelled the service! THEY HAVEN’T EVEN REQUESTED THE RETURN OF ANY OF THEIR EQUIPMENT and it’s been almost 10MOS. since my account was cancelled!!!! So today, after numerous calls and POLITELY requesting to speak with a supervisor, I’ve been placed “on hold” for almost an hour and counting now! I KNOW this newly acquired company DOES NOT meet AT&T’s usual business standards, so I will definitely be running this up the chain. Hold time just ended with “customer service” after over 55mins and I was asked if I would mind holding the line again…smh So I’M TELLING!!!

    Your analogy and comments are spot-on. As an X installer working for AT&T contractor through MasTec. We see it first-hand as in; cheap labor, High turnover with its labor force, poor management at all levels. Shame on AT&T to take a backseat on security for their customers.

    The product is good. The backend systems need to brought up too speed and better maintenance. Step up AT&T make your product and service (5 Nines). And having companies like MasTec installing your system is brutal rethink your strategy and make your product and services shine your AT&T we look towards you for good leadership and a solid product that can protect our families in the United States

    I would NOT recommend AT&T digital life to my worst enemy. I had the service for less than a year. Several times for days at a time, I was not able to set my alarm. What’s the point in having security if it’s not working? What am I paying for? I would call and be on hold for over an hour. I guess everyone with them was having the same issue at the same time. I would often get hung up on after being on hold. After 8 months of having problems, I called and finally got someone on the phone. The rep informed me to allow a technician to look at it and if it could not be fixed, I could cancel with no cancellation fee. I agreed, but the technician said that it could not be fixed and that I should cancel. So I did. Now AT&T is trying to charge me a cancellation fee. I have called to discuss. They are rude and hang up on me. I’ve written letters for them to listen to the phone call that was recorded. They refuse to do so or respond to my letters. I have written the BBB on them. They sent back a lie in response. I’m going to let everyone I can know to NOT ever get AT&T digital life….NO WAY!!!

    We continuously had the same problems with a bad sensor and a touch screen door lock. I finally had enough and asked them to stop service due to the same issues over and over again. They are charging me a cancellation fee even though the system never functioned as advertised. They said they were charging me because I refused to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. I refused because they had already been out several times for the same issue and it kept occurring. I would not recommend this system at all.

    After AT&T tech installed the black box, my home security alarm stool ad working.
    I called customer service who said the black box doesn’t work with a landline, which was the problem & that the installer should have known.

    So they apologized, but I’m def getting rid of at&t!

    I have been a customer of AT&T for 15 years. When I upgraded my new cell phone through AT&T I saw the New Digital Life security system I am a business owner and I thought this would be a good thing for my home, plus 6 months ago it was 50$ A month. The first month of having this system I came home to my door unlocked everyday. I called customer service and complained about this it was fix after multiple calls and no call backs I finally got one call back said they couldn’t explain why the touch pads then the next month I had problems with the new one that they just replaced and they told me that the touch pads were faulty the first 2 months of having the service. Then experience weeks at a time where the the camera screen was black on my one camera they gave me a 4 hour time frame that I had to be at my house and no adjustments or anything were given to me for the tardiness of these technicians.
